I have been a long-time customer and have purchased many items, to include permanent bracelets. I have had bracelets break more than once and the staff at Nashelle has always been very pleasant and accommodating in making the 3-minute repair when this happens. Yesterday, I went into the newer location in downtown Bend for a repair and was told after the bracelet was back on my wrist that there would be a $25 “re-weld” fee. That seems really out of line. What makes that 3 minutes plus one little jump ring worth $25? It’s too bad that Nashelle chooses to take advantage of customers that way.

I love Nashelle. I got my first pieces last year, haven’t taken them off since, and they’ve held up flawlessly! I’ve been wanting to expand my collection of high quality gold jewelry for a while, and knew Nashelle was the spot. Eleanor helped me pick a bunch of pieces and was SO helpful, while also easily juggling several other customers. She was so friendly and encouraged me to take my time and try things on. There is really something for everyone here, there are so many styles and a variety of price ranges. And how great is it to be able to support a local designer/business!

Over the holidays, I discovered Nashelle while searching for gifts for my girlfriends. I want to give a shout-out to Eleanor in particular. Thank you so much for taking the time to show me around the store and make some suggestions. You greatly reduced my decision stress! My Girls and I got matching permanent bracelets for Christmas, we love them. I then decided I wanted the heart necklace to match my bracelet. I rushed into to Bend to get to the store last minute. The door was locked :/ Eleanore came to the door, they had just closed. She was very sweet and let me come in and pick out the necklace. Will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future.

Came to get bracelets with my husband for our anniversary. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our experience, so 2 stars for that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them given the quality of the permanent jewelry. I got a very thin band that was hardly noticeable. Two months after I got it I looked down on my wrist and noticed it was gone. No clue how it came off or when, but for $200 I’d rather buy something with a clasp I can trust. I understand a jewelry spot wouldn’t go replacing a bracelet that was “lost” but given it’s supposed to be permanent, would have hoped for more confidence in its integrity.

Guys, I know nothing about jewelry. I wanted to impress my best friends’ new Texan girlfriend, so I came to Nashelle to buy her a local piece of jewelry. I walked in like a sweet baby deer in headlights, and Janessa and Eleanore immediately swooped in an helped me help myself. I told them what I was thinking, but that I wanted it to be something cool, but not basic, and they got to work. They picked me out a gorgeous, dainty chain, with her initial and a tiny Pearl. They also had me rolling laughing. Kindest most hilarious women in the cutest store! Run there now to get yours!

I had a small gemstone fall off my necklace, and they fixed it for free in only two weeks (probably would’ve been even faster, but the jeweler was initially out of town). Overall this is a very kind and lovely place, I highly recommend.
