We had such a great experience working with Nicolette! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, communicative, and always made sure we felt confident throughout the process. Her background in construction was especially helpful when touring houses; she was able to spot potential issues right away and steer us in the right direction. Nikki did an amazing job with a complicated transaction helping me sell my place in bend and then buy a new place. For various reasons that had nothing to do with her, this process took a long time and had a lot of twists and turns yet Nikki remained professional and tenacious. Thankfully, we were referred to Nicolette by a friend. The thought of navigating a long distance search, in an unfamiliar state and town was daunting… until we spoke with Nicolette for the first time. She was patient, kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable! Our concerns melted away within minutes.
When my wife flew to Bend to meet Nicolette, she was prepared with an assortment of homes that we proactively prescreened together.
To our delight, we found the perfect home on that first visit! We placed an offer and Nicolette worked her magic! All negotiations and “haggling” were managed expertly by Nicolette, our offer was accepted and we entered escrow without a hitch.
Nicolette hooked us up with an outstanding local lender, insurance agent, utility company contacts, and a wealth of “local knowledge” to help us feel welcome and get settled! Our escrow was stress-free and we received the keys to our new home right on schedule!

Nicollette is a gem.
First of all, coming from out of state it was important that we find a realtor we could trust and Nicollette came highly recommended through a friend who lives in Bend.
Not only is Nicollette knowledgeable with the market in the Bend area, she went above and beyond to give us the VIP treatment with an extensive tour of the area and lots of local recommendations.
