Bought shoes with two different sized laces and wanted to simply swap them out and one of the Managers did everything in her power to not do that for me. They told me the shoe wasn’t in stock anymore and gave me a 8$ discount. Then I walked to check for myself and the shoe was right there STILL IN STOCK. SMH. Super negative and unprofessional attitude about it all “, it’s sad I had to go find the shoe myself then finally get it swapped out. Thank you to the workers who did help me out and helped understand my situation. And I hope higher management deals with the Supervisor who tried to make this a nightmare.. (was a female supervisor who did this at 12:50pm on a Monday)

We're from the Columbia gorge in Oregon, with that said, we have to shop in Portland and this store in Bend is way more enjoyable to shop at. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The store is very clean as well!

Wouldn’t take my tagged, brand new, unworn item for an exchange 2 days after purchase even though the size was mislabeled by Nike. Rude manager provided no help. Don’t waste your dollars here.

The guy working there helped me set up an app on my phone that saved me over 160 dollars on the total purchase, which I thought was amazing. Now, when I buy Nike online, !I get a 135 dollar pair of shoes for 80. Thank you!

I went into this store for the first time yesterday and Jayne was extremely helpful helping me find the right shoes for someone that's on their feet all day. She was very knowledgeable tech in the shoes, and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each model I was looking at. She is the sole reason I will be coming back. :)
