Worst bank in town I have a loan with them they wouldn't work with me they put insurance on the loan after proving it to them I talked it over and said I needed to make it in a couple payments because they won't put it on the back of the loan now I have a late payment on my credit because I was told false information. I will be pulling out of this bank will change review if someone gets ahold of me and try's to make things right

We went into the branch to open an account and invest in CDs. We were told they do a hard credit pull which we don’t want to do because we are applying for a construction loan elsewhere. A hard credit pull stays on your credit report for two years and it makes us look like we’re seeking credit which we are not. I called back to ask them to erase our Social Security numbers from their system and I was told they were “safe”. We did not even complete the application. Our current bank just had a security breach so information is never safe. It is outrageous that they would do a hard credit pull on us when we only wanted to be members and invest in CDs. They should be proving to us that they are worthy of our money not the other way around. I see why this credit union only has a 2.9 rating. We are going elsewhere. On point does not do a credit pull to become members and open accounts only if you do a loan. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Apparently, you have to have tattoos to work here. However, Arden (branch manager) and his team are very helpful and I would definitely recommend their branch.

Northwest community credit union is not my favorite. We had a mortgage with them for a year, and once the mortgage was closed out I thought I had emptied my checking with them, it turned out there was an extra $370.00 in there from a final deposit once the mortgage was closed out and I didn't know about it till I got a new phone two years later and signed back into the NWCCU app. They had charged my $50 total for being in active on the account. $ -5.00 a month because I didn't update my address with them and didn't use the account ? And a zero return policy on those charges is why I'm frustrated and closes my account with them. If you use this place watch your money. In the grand scheme of things $50 isn't a huge amount but it's the principle to me. It just sucks after they've already collected so much fees from me.

Not even worth 1 star, Worst bank ever. Does not protect you from over draft fees even when asked. They just take your money. Never will bank here again.

I have been a member for 34 years and I cannot pull all of my funds and get my loans transferred away from these crooks fast enough. Apparently they are above the law and can charge fees for services they never fulfill. I wonder how much money they have embezzled from me over the last 3 decades.

Okay, but never talk to the same person twice, different answers from different people, poor response time, long wait on phone calls. Simple changes or requests require too much time and paperwork then delayed payments. Not sure I trust this bank with auto withdrawal loan payments.

Northwest Community Credit Union as business has proven to me that they do not care about the customers anymore. When I first opened a account with them they were great back in 2013 now it seems I am always getting overdraft fees which I thought your were supposed to be

My family has been with this community credit union since they were wood products credit Union. In the last 3 years I've seen changes that are making me consider my business with them.

If I could rate with a negative I would. This "bank/credit union" is the worst! Their customer service is nonexistent, staff is rude. Online banking, credit card services are even worse!

I've had a vehicle loan here for a few years now. I will admit that I don't go inside very often but I've yet to have bad service when I am in there yet.I did one time have an overdraft that was kind of weird. I had a deposit the same day and was charged a fee. Called and talked to them about it and it was removed, they also thought it was strange. That's really the only problem I've ever had with them

Horrible service, try to deposit on line, error receive, deposits not reflected, then overactive fees , call to correct bo counter service , was turned into police for theft of service, because on line deposits not accounted for called supervisor in Springfield he was rude And refused to help, over and over same local branch closed have to make100 mile trip to bend, tellers nice ! Worst. And trying to get out but VA deposits hard to change avoid this rip off incompetent bank !

Takes forever to do anything money related, I've gotten double charged with no return 8 times in the last few years. Will cancel my account soon and move to one that is actually good at being a bank
