I've been using this facility for about a year now. Seems fine overall, however, they have raised rent twice in the last year. Based on the rate of increase in price and with no communication to tell me what I might be able to expect going forward, I will be looking for another facility. It feels very much like a business model that sneakily increases costs because moving the service is such a pain. I take issue with that approach more than the cost itself.

I had a VERY positive experience at this location. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. I spoke to representative by the name Monserate she was great very helpful and friendly young lady.

I love this location! The customer service at the location is the best!!! Monse is the greatest! She is extremely helpful friendly and professional! These guys are great! I've stored my camper with them for the past couple of years. I know it's always safe & secure in their hands. And Monse is THE BEST! She's always incredibly helpful and responsive whenever you have any questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northwest Storage!!!!
