This is an outstanding storage facility! The grounds and unit were well maintained. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and attentive to requests. If you are looking for a storage facility in Bend, this is a great option.

Northwest Self Storage, and the Property Manager, Bryley, have been wonderful to work with for our storage needs. When we moved to Bend we had had countless issues with the moving company, and she was the best thing that happened to us in the process. Her kindness, willingness to help in any way she could, and her recommendations on how to deal with our over-abundance of furniture. The storage facility is actually landscaped and is kept very clean and cared for. It's really a pleasure to go over there, which is very unusual in my experience. Thank you, Bryley!

Great clean, secure, well maintained storage area where everything just works. Monica runs a tight ship and everything is kept up really well. I also thought the price was exceptionally reasonable!!!

Storage has been a way of life since I've been van living and traveling. The experience was nothing but good and was really impressed by the manager Brylee who was a multi- tasking and hard working despite the brutal heat outside . We were greeted with class and humor and really appreciate the professionalism she displayed. It was much needed after a 2 year bummer from a place known for truck rentals and not there storage ! Everything fell into place and the secure feeling can't be matched for 2 reasons #2close proximately to police sub station and #1 the boss living on property . Finally at a solid spot and psyched about that.
