I had a very positive experience with Norton Street Storage, right from the start. Jen was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The space was in an excellent, central location, and was a fair price. I loved the convenience and ease of access, and always felt that my belongings were secure. And, when I moved out recently, Jen kindly prorated the days of my earlier departure and immediately credited my bank account for the difference. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience in renting a storage unit! Thanks Jen :)
