I was extremely disappointed in my stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, it appeared to have not been cleaned - sheets and pillows were ruffled. in addition, shampoo container was empty. The biggest issue was at 6:00 pm an extremely loud concert began across the street (Hayden Amphitheater). The walls were literally shaking. I was told this would go on until 10:00 pm. I can understand on a weekend night but this was a Wednesday. I ended up driving home that night and was told I would not be charged for the night and a manager would call me the next day. As you can guess I received no call and my card was charged for 2 nights. I called to speak to the manager and was told they could not do anything. Terrible experience - DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointing and terrible management.

Beautiful place to walk and browse the shops. The river is gorgeous and is teeming with wildlife.

Went to LCD Soundsystem, ate dinner at Hola!, had iced coffee at Sisters Coffee Co.. Fantastic day in Bend.
