Bend South Branch has served both my business and personal banking needs for more than 10 years, and I could not be happier with their services. I’ve had business and personal dealings with five other banks in Bend over the past 37 years, and On Point South 97 branch, under the leadership of Michelle Loftsgard, is the absolute best. Courteous, friendly, professional and efficient are the best descriptions I can express. Anyone having a negative experience has most likely brought it upon themselves.

About five years ago, I left a negative review with this bank. 10 minutes later Michele, the manager called me and asked me why. I asked her never to call me again. Ironically, I never received another notification. When my card expired. I did not receive notification of this or an additional card. My credit limit was never raised.. when I would come in to do banking, I could see the look on Michele’s face when I walked in the door, it was not pleasant. Although I had bought a house and a brand new car while banking here my credit limit was never raised. Do your research stay away from this bank put your money somewhere else you will better off. If you leave negative comments, your banking status here will go cold. Goodbye OnPoint. Your loss not mine.

My entire adult life I have banked through OnPoint at the South branch in Bend. My experience over the years has been top tier. The excellence I have experienced from the team, specifically Heather Martin has been off the charts good. Despite having wild requests, difficult to meet deadlines and often challenging scenarios Heather has always gone above and beyond for me and far surpassed any expectations. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to take such great care of my banking needs.

I love the feeling of removing my money from a for-profit bank and moving it to a non-profit bank. This bank gave my kids free $$$ for opening up their own accounts and on top of that they are super nice. Highly recommend.

The customer service OnPoint south HWY 97 Bend is absolutely stellar. My account was victim to fraud while on vacation out of state, Heather, a Sr account officer handled the situation with ease and professionalism. She went above me beyond what was expected of her to make sure that I left their knowing my accounts are secure, and even took the time to explain ways to prevent it in the future. Excellent bench, excellent employee, and excellent experience considering the circumstances.
