When I thought something was off, they didn’t hesitate to see what they could do to make it right.

I had heard great things about these guys and boy did they live up to it! I really wasn’t sure in which direction I wanted to go and when I showed up, I was greeted by Cooper who was so unbelievably helpful. He really took the time to help me figure out exactly what set up I wanted which included even rolling tires out to my truck to get a good idea. Showed me multiple rims too and was super accommodating. My appointment wasn’t even that day and he still helped me! He definitely knows his stuff and made an awesome recommendation that I am super happy with. Felt very taken care of. 100% recommend NW Wheel and Tire.

I’ve worked with NW Wheel and Tire a few times now, and every visit has been the same story: straightforward, timely, and professional. Cooper and the entire team consistently show up with solutions, not excuses. They’re honest about what you need, what you don’t, and they make the whole process simple. Whether switching over seasonal set-ups, powder coating, or just swinging by to have them check something, I've been extremely impressed with every single one of their services.
They’re the kind of shop you genuinely want to support because the people are solid and the work is reliable. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I came in today to get my studded tires put on my SUV. I drove in with 4 tires on my car, & 4 studded tires to be put on. Before dropping off my vehicle I requested they call me when my car was ready to be picked up. They do the changeover, and about an hour and a half later they text & email me my car is ready to be picked up. I requested a call, but no big deal. I know they’re busy and I got the message they were ready so that’s all that matters.
So I picked up my car, drove home and go to unload my tires for storage. This is when I realized I only had 2 of the 4 tires I came in with. I immediately call them and the front desk gal said she would look into it and call me back.
Two hours go by and I haven’t heard anything from them so I call again. The same gal answers and says that the shop manager is going to call me back and give me an update. I wait another hour and STILL hadn’t heard anything about my missing tires. Now Im getting pretty annoyed because it all seemed very sketchy! So instead waiting for a call I decided to go back down to the shop in person and ask what’s going on.
When I get there I told the man at the counter why I was there, and he happened to be the shop manager. He said he was just about to call me (😑) and give me an update. He said my tires had pretty bad uneven wear and were no longer good for driving so they were going to dispose of them. I asked why they let me leave initially without saying anything, and why I had to call multiple times and eventually come back in person to get this information. He just apologized and said it was an oversight.
After asking to see the tires, & confirming (to the best of my ability) that the tires I was being shown were in fact the tires I came in with I told him I wanted to take them with me because I no longer trusted their opinion.
Tires are HUNDREDS of dollars, & I paid them to do a service, so I should NOT have to harass them for information about MY property. Not to mention I’d think they’d run it by me before deciding just to throw them away. I understand mistakes happen, but it doesn’t seem that clear & concise communication is a priority to NW Wheels & Tire.

Such an awesome team. They helped us instantly with some rim issues we were having when other shops wanted us to schedule weeks out. Would go here 10 out of 10 times. Dani and Dave are the coolest. Thank you all so much!

Being new to Bend, i asked around before taking my car in have the alignment checked. NW Wheel & Tire came highly recommended and I can see why. They offered a FREE alignment check plus they were courteous, quick and it turned out that I didn’t need an alignment. Had I needed one, it would’ve been the most reasonable price I found when calling around. That being said, it’s a no brainer to go to NW Wheel & Tire!

Had a cracked wheel that no one else would fix, they took one look at it and said they could do it, on top of that they said they’d have it done the next day, amazing service great price 100% would recommend.

Went to NW Wheel and Tire to inquire about lifting my Sienna. Cooper and crew were super helpful and made sure it came out right. Got great new tires, handles perfect, very happy with the service and results.

I’ve always had great service at this place. Nice folks, quality products, and great technicians. On this last changeover, I put the wrong time on my calendar and showed up 2 hours too early. They were busy but managed to work me in and get me out a hour before my scheduled appointment.
