Oregon Truss is the most unethical business I have yet to come across. We as a construction company have/had used Oregon Truss for 3 years, however it wasn't till this last go around they showed their true colors. We opened a credit account with Oregon Truss after being on a cash basis for 3 projects. We paid our 4th in full, they didn't have a record of that payment until I sent over a bank statement. The 5th job is where it goes awry. We paid half up front prior to delivery and once delivered, the trusses had not been produced correctly. We were told by our account representative to track what was/is spent on rectifying their error and rebuilding the roof line - all of which does not look like what it was drawn out as. The next delivery was done with the correct trusses, however Oregon Truss did not send out the correct crane to fly them onto a two story home. They left us with no alternative but to rent a telehandler to fly them - very dangerous and should have never been put into that position. There was no communication regarding rescheduling of the crane and said that it had been canceled. We have created invoices for these back charges that have had to be paid out of pocket for time, material and equipment. However to this point Oregon Truss has taken no accountability to any errors on their part and have placed fraudulent liens on our projects that have been paid in full. We found out that the General Manager had changed the terms on our account and has not responded to any emails that have been sent. I would not use Oregon Truss, especially if you are a business and have any credibility, as unfortunately they no longer do.
