I was referred to Ian and 541 imports by another mechanic in town, Brakes for less. I found Ian to be honest and extremely fair with his fees. My 99 Forester had some quirky issues that arose unexpectedly. Ian communicated the issues and provided options for the remedies. The issues required persistence and creativity. I am grateful for his time and will request his services for all my future needs for car care. Thank you Ian.

Ian was super helpful. We were told we needed a new transfer case by my other mechanic who could only get it new. Ian was able to us one rebuilt saving us thousands. 541 Imports is my new mechanic.

When our Subaru's clutch went out mid-vacation in Bend, Ian fit us in right away, even working on a Saturday. He gave us clear cost options and had the repair done in 24 hours. While we waited, the rental car just across the street made everything easy. Thanks to Ian, the trip we had planned for a year was saved.
