Pegasus Books of Bend is a long-standing local bookshop in a downtown brick and mortar location, considered a must-see. The store is packed with a great and amazing selection of books, comics, manga, novels, roleplaying books, anime, figures, magazines, and board games, including rare finds. It is a smaller but packed gaming supply source with large collections. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. While the store can be a little congested and a bit pricey, it is worth the markup to support the local business. The shop is LGBTQ Friendly and customers report they always have what they are looking for or will find it.
Great selection of books, Manga, comics, and more. I saw books here iv never seen at any other bookstore. Great place.

I used to go to pegaus books as a teenager in the 90s. Got all my roleplaying books, comics and anime there as a teenager. Glad to see it still ope. I'll be stopping there this summer when I visit.

Friendly salesperson. A little congested but can’t help when there’s so many people who want to browse and so many good books. Selection was great. Head another customer come in for a rare board game and they had it.
