The guys at Performance Authority were honest and timely. I had to have all injectors and an injector pump replaced on my Duramax. The work is top notch and they even knocked a few hundred off of the original estimate, stating that "we were able to save you a few hundred off as it didn't take as long as we anticipated". That's pretty rare. I'll be back when I need more work. Thanks guys!

Nate dug into my Duramax to replace the injectors and found that the heads were pitted. I’d have to wait a bit longer for parts. The heads arrived and the job began. A couple days later, I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped by to see how the job was coming. Nate had the flu and was out for a few days. Shaun, the Ford guy, took the time to show me the progress of the reassembly and the pitting on my damaged heads. He said they'd wait until Nate returned to finish the job. This showed me that their commitment to doing the job well outweighed getting my rig to me faster.
We had an auxiliary fuel pump/filter installed to extend the life of our new injectors. PA has installed a hundred of these systems which all worked flawlessly. The truck ran great. Then it didn't. It wasn't getting fuel. Back in the shop, Nate replaced all the hoses in the fuel system, and it still wasn't right. He pulled the fuel tank out and found a factory defect in the hose of the new sending unit inside the tank—a pinhole leak.
I stopped by the shop several times during this process. Each time I was greeted by someone who took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my truck. Noah, another mechanic, though he wasn't working on the job directly, was always informed about it, and could answer my questions if Nate wasn't around. Dakota, the counter man, was also well-informed about the job and would take me back in the shop if he thought Nate could explain the situation better.
In short, my truck "injector replacement" turned into a nightmare. And each time I came around, they'd treat me as a customer with a right to be concerned rather than an interruption. Now my truck runs stronger than ever.
I will be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Performance Authority.

Hate to leave a poor review but my experience was less than stellar. I was told over the phone that installation of the 2 suspension parts that I purchased online would take about 2 hours. In fact my truck was on the rack for only 1.5 hours. However, I was charged for 3.5 hours labor and was told they use the book value for labor regardless how long it actually takes. I felt ripped off, particularly since installing 2 parts at the same time should require even less time. Add install to injury, I had to return upon hearing a scraping sound coming from my rear axle. Turned out the technician forgot to cut off 2 wires during the installation. I will not be using Performance Authority again.

They diagnosed the issue properly by me sending a couple of photos. My appointment was set and they finished the job for the exact amount quoted to me with zero issues! I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family

The team that is Performance Authority is skilled and honest. I have been getting service on my truck there for 3 years now and always been pleased with the level of service and professionalism. They are also the only service shop in the area that was able to solve a turbo issue that 4 shops were not able to do, stealerships included. My experience was excellent! They took my broken down in right off the tow truck with only a few minutes notice. They let us stay there until our second truck was able to get there from Boise to. Take us and the trailer back to Boise. They repaired my truck and stored it until I could get back to pick it up. They kept me informed about what needed done and results. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!!

Did an excellent job on my truck.Turbo went out had it done in a day,very knowledgeable about diesels, will be my go to from now on.
