I stopped by right before closing on a last-minute mission to get a life vest for my dog before a camping trip this weekend. I walked in feeling like THAT customer who walks in right at closing ?, but Tina immediately made me feel welcome. I asked if I could bring my dog in to try on vests, and she said yes but also offered to bring a measuring tape out to the car if he was nervous, such a thoughtful touch.
She took the time to explain the differences between the two vests, asking great questions about our lifestyle and my dog's comfort with water and harnesses to make sure we left with the right fit. Such awesome and patient guidance.
And when I needed an extra hand with questions, Tina brought in Dylan, who was just as warm and helpful. Together, they made sure I left with everything I needed for my trip, no stress at all. Just a team that very much cares about their customers (and their dogs).

“The staff at MuddyPaws is always very professional and accommodating. I have three large hairy dogs and they always accommodate any additional needs or time. I have utilized both the grooming and self wash. They are always cheerful even when covered in hair. They keep our household the least stinky and hairy as possible. 10/10 would recommend. It’s worth every penny!”

“This store is so friendly at least in my experience. They let me hang up a flyer to help my puppies find their forever homes since it's so challenging to post them online where people can see them. They have been unbelievably helpful when I have gone in for needs of the puppies either for vaccines that I administered myself or for bedding that was soft and easy to manage. Thank you and much appreciated”

“We just got a new 3-year-old puppy who pulled very badly and I wish you remember the gal's name, but she walked me through the different easy walkers and such and took the time to show me how to train her and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service there I now have a puppy who does not pull so I forget your name but I appreciate you so much.
