My experience with Plus Property Management has been phenomenal! They went out of their way to help me out and I found a new place to call home! I absolutely recommend going through Plus PM for rental housing. They are tremendous!

April 19, 2024RE: Plus Properties, Bend OregonWe have been clients of Plus Properties for a number of years. For much of that time, we were working overseas. During that time they managed two rental properties for us. Over the years, we have seen staff changes and we have been the beneficiaries of some of those changes. We want to thank Mallory and rest of the staff at Plus Properties for all their efforts in managing our properties for us.Plus Properties managed things as professionally as anyone would hope. Their invoices were accurate, easy to understand and made it easy for us to see what was happening while we were away.The Maintenance Department handled all tenant mishaps, accidents and things that went wrong with no warning. They have been very easy to communicate and work with when repairs or upkeep were needed.The tenant screening worked very well for us.. The inspections were done with due diligence, and to insure the least disruption to the tenant as possible. If something had broken or stopped working, the Maintenance department, fixed it in short order. Tenant complaints about the property were noted and if needed, they were notified of when someone would be coming to make things right.When we sold one of the rentals, Plus Properties was very helpful. They had a full record of the history of the property and we were able to share that with the new owner. The mint condition of the property was certainly a factor in its sale.

Marlene in the redmond office is phenomenal! She was so nice and so friendly and went above and beyond to help find our family a great place to live. We love plus property management!!!

Plus Property has done a great job.Was very happy with there screening process of future tenants. Very thorough.They were also kind enough to spend some time with me over the phone to explain there monthly statements which can become confusing to some.I would recommend Plus Property Management.

Plus Property has one of the best support teams for your housing needs. As a landlord, we have worked with other property management companies and they did not support our tenants or us as landlords. Plus Property consulted with us regularly on the needs of our tenants. Their team works extra hard and will go above and beyond. Whether there is a property issue (water leaks.etc) or supporting customers, they have your back. Shea was diligent and responsive to work overtime when we had an emergency for one of our properties. We highly recommend them!

They respond quickly and timely when issues occur. Water heater burst in a unit and that day (weekend) to help get things under control.

This is exactly who you rent through if you’re looking for a slum lord in Bend Oregon!!! Somehow managed to treat us less than human every step of the way from when we got keys to turning keys back over. We Have been left without power and our apartment torn up for weeks after a flash flood. We actually had to find our own electrician because they informed us it would be weeks before they could restore electricity to our unit. The unit we rented was very old and I mean very old but come to find out it used to be a rehab for meth addicts. who knew?!? Paid over 3k in deposit and guess how much we got back after 3 years? Yup that’s right we actually owed 10 bucks. We patched all minor holes in walls (even the ones left from previous tenants) and painted. Welp we got slapped with a 2600 painting fee anyway. Have a service dog? Well you might want to look somewhere else. They will make sure you disclose your illness with them as they require you to in order to move in. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and use the next property management company. This is not the one for you.

I've dealt with a lot of financial hardship this last year. Mallory & Plus Property Management has been nothing but gracious and kind and willing to help keep my family in our home. I highly recommend this property management company.

Horrible lying company!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY..... they took my money for a credit report and then would not rent to me because i had bad credit? I had rented with them 2 years ago when I asked for a copy of my credit report they could not provide me one. I went to EXPERIAN and got a copy of my current credit report. I had no negative marks on my credit report. This company and it Owner LAWNAE HUNTER are total scammers. I would give them a ZERO if I could. I was able to get a home loan to purchase a new home in the area. This proves this company is a prejudice against people from different cultures.
