The staff and owner are very friendly, full of ideas and inspiration, and provide exceptional customer service. Customers are treated with patience and kindness, receiving equal attention regardless of their budget. The selection is perfectly curated with great pricing and very reasonable price points given the high quality and craftsmanship. It is an awesome place with a great experience, also featuring an onsite coffee shop and nice food court around, making it a lovely spot and a nice stop on the way.

I would highly recommend Pottery House. I looked all over the Portland area for a certain pot. No one had the pot I needed. I called Pottery House, they ordered it for me and had it in stock within days. Robin and Mose were a true pleasure to work with, obviously great people. Great place, great people, great pricing.
