This company was set up for our family by St. Charles to assist my father into my home from the hospital into hospice care. The women were very professional and nice. I will say I was quite disappointed as upon arrival, they asked if we had 2 people to assist them with lifting my dad up into the entry way of our home; 2 small stairs. I was able to get my brother in law off a professional call and also assist myself but we paid $315 for less than a one hour transport that we had to assist with. That just didn't feel right in the midst of a very emotionally challenging time.

Gary Horton is a wonderful driver. Went out of his way to find us at a medical facility. Very courteous and kind. Excellent service

We used Precious Cargo multiple times for my father who was recovering from a stroke. They moved him home from St Charles and took him to a couple follow-up appointments. The staff was amazingly courteous, considerate and so polite! They took wonderful care of my father.

Not sure if they have a variety of drivers, but just this evening on i5, one of their drivers spent at least 5 miles constantly flashing their high beams at all the other drivers on the road. When one driver did it back to them they break checked them, got behind them, and started flashing their high beams at that driver again.I'm not sure how someone like that can be trusted to drive for a company like this. Had anyone in those cars had seizures that are triggered by flashing lights they would have seized.

Outstanding customer service! These guys went above and beyond to help transport my disabled father when transporting him in a standard vehicle became uncomfortable for him. The driver was very patient and took pride in the service they offered. The van was very clean and their prices were reasonable! Highly recommend!

Only used once a year and a half ago when I broke my femur and was hospitalized and had to go another appointment it was all right and there's nothing spectacular about it it was a little bit expensive but what isn't .it's a convenience i needed so I was glad to have it offered 2 me

I was using Precious Cargo for about 3 years. I was very pleased with the pricing and the quality of there service until the last time which I was charged 10 dollars more then the previous time. I recently called again to schedule service and was told that it would now be $65.00 round trip. When I told the operator that I was going to seek other means of transportation they called back and said that they were mistaken and that it was only $60.00. I am feeling a bit taken advantage of.

I think that Precious Cargo is very professional with highly screened drivers that actually care about the passengers. They go above and beyond every single day.
