Not sure if they have a variety of drivers, but just this evening on i5, one of their drivers spent at least 5 miles constantly flashing their high beams at all the other drivers on the road. When one driver did it back to them they break checked them, got behind them, and started flashing their high beams at that driver again.I'm not sure how someone like that can be trusted to drive for a company like this. Had anyone in those cars had seizures that are triggered by flashing lights they would have seized.

Outstanding customer service! These guys went above and beyond to help transport my disabled father when transporting him in a standard vehicle became uncomfortable for him. The driver was very patient and took pride in the service they offered. The van was very clean and their prices were reasonable! Highly recommend!

Only used once a year and a half ago when I broke my femur and was hospitalized and had to go another appointment it was all right and there's nothing spectacular about it it was a little bit expensive but what isn't .it's a convenience i needed so I was glad to have it offered 2 me

I was using Precious Cargo for about 3 years. I was very pleased with the pricing and the quality of there service until the last time which I was charged 10 dollars more then the previous time. I recently called again to schedule service and was told that it would now be $65.00 round trip. When I told the operator that I was going to seek other means of transportation they called back and said that they were mistaken and that it was only $60.00. I am feeling a bit taken advantage of.

Recommended by a friend, Reluctant to use at first due to bad review, however nothing more to be said than WONDERFUL! The driver treated my mom with the utmost respect and care and even helped to check her in at her appointment. Our first time riding was a great experience. Will definitely be using again!

They were over 1.5 hours late said was a new driver but driver said he got called in to cover as they were short driver. The driver told me he didn't even know where he was going to take her he had no address or phone. The driver after picking up my mom only had to drive about 2.5 mile down Reed Market Road make one right hand turn. Took almost 50 mins to get there when he was called he said he was lost please how hard is it to get lost driving stright. Would I use never no "NEVER" again and hope no one else does.

Great service, clean vans......OBSCENELY over priced!!!! I don't understand how this company is still in business when they charge more for a one way trip than their competitors charge for a round trip. Save your money and shop around!!!
