Great place with friendly and helpful people!! I wasn't even a customer and they helped me out when Toyota of Bend wouldn't. My sunroof exploded and I needed something to temporarily cover it until it can be fixed. I went to Toyota first, but they quickly sent me away. Dan helped me cover the hole with crash wrap and didn't even charge me for it! He was very friendly and gave me advice on how to get it taken care of. They are the best!!

Precision body and paint has repaired two vehicles for me. They always do what’s right by the customer and do a phenomenal job at representing the client against the insurance companies. I will continue to do business with them based on the trust and relationship I have formed with them.

Excellent Experience. I called 4 places and Precision Body were initially able to schedule me for the end of November. Everyone else were scheduling on Jan. After taking my car in and filling on the paperwork Dan got the ball rolling and got my car in and fixed with one week by October 20th. At all times his communication was excellent. I also needed a ride home after drop off and an employee immediately stopped what they were doing to drive me straight home. Prompt and courteous service at every stage. While I HOPE not to be a repeat customer, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and should I need work done on my car in the future this is my first phone call.

Be careful - use at your own risk. I needed to replace the glass of my driver side mirror (got sideswiped). After inspecting it, Precision took a week to get back to me, and then finally sent a quote of $99. They quickly redacted the quote, and requoted me $460.I found & ordered the mirror I needed online, for only $70. I installed it myself in under 10 minutes, using only a flathead screwdriver.

Friendly staff. Good communication. More expensive than other local shops but they did a great job on repairing a deep hood scratch and accepted insurance.

I would come back to this place every time. I was in an accident (to no fault of my own) and didn’t know what I was getting myself into w repairs and insurance. April helped me every step of the way. She communicated w me even the tiniest of details which I appreciated tremendously. They gave me options and let me make final decisions based on their recommendations. She was a true great advocate for myself and the situation I was in. They worked directly with insurance and included me every step of the way. I knew my car would look great and I was not disappointed. My 2022 KIA had a lot of damage and you wouldn’t know it looking at it now. I guess that’s the point. Thank you April for your help, patience and support. ?

I called an made an appointment letting reception know I had been hit by another driver and needed my door fixed. She booked me for an appt the next day. I had to make arrangements to leave work early and get my husband to come with me to take me home. I get there and the girl tells me my insurance isn't accepted there. A total waste of time. Unacceptable for reception to not clear this up prior to making an appointment.

I can't say enough wonderful things about how amazing this shop is! If I was rating the customer service from 1 - 10, it rates a 20+! Everyone from front desk, and office along with the guys in the shop went out of their way to not only accommodate our time schedule, but also in working with the dealership with a difficult warranty issue.
