1. did not get vehicle done in timely manner, or when they said it would be definitively done on 3 different occasions2. unprofessional customer service3. did not call owner when timeline for vehicle to be fixed was extended, instead owner had to call first to get update on vehicle on the date the auto-shop said it would be done*I'm aware there is a high demand for body and paint work but these need to change in your business**written for a friend who was a customer at Collision, note friend writing review got body work done by rival shop a month ago in Bend and there WAS clear communication and timeliness to get vehicle repaired*

Take this review serious. This shop doesn’t have nearly the professionalism or competency that other shops in town do. They took four months longer than it should’ve taken. Poor communication and a facility that isn’t adequate make for a bad shop. Avoid at all costs.

My son’s new Subaru crosstrek was rear ended with quite a bit of damage. We just picked up the car and it looks absolutely perfect! We worked with Garyn and he was super communicative and reassured me that my son’s car would look like new again. He was absolutely correct! 5/5 stars, wish I could rate more but this auto body repair is spectacular! Kyler did an excellent job helping me all the way through with getting an estimate, an appointment, to having my car looking new! The process didn’t take longer then a week, but with the detail and how the car looks was surprised it didn’t take longer.If I ever have damage on my car again I will always come back to this place!
