I’ve worked with Press Pros 2 years ago to have a banner made. Turned out great! Pebbles was amazing!So Sept 13th. I decided to go with my green color in the logo. It came in on the 20th. It was grey, not even close to my color. It also had a flaw near the center. I emailed and returned it. Debra told me it’s the color my designer used similar to Canva (which my first logo was made using Canva colors). They said with the flaw they have have it remade. Btw- they do not make it there. Another company makes it and ships it to them. So I left them my business cards and a sticker. I said any of these colors. I had to call back twice to see if it was ordered. I needed it for Oct 7. Needless to say it was ordered yet.So they hurried and picked a green and I okayed it. Came in on Oct 6th and it was worse then the first one!!!Debra said that they didn’t charge me for the second one but they had to pay for it. I really don’t care! So they wouldn’t do anything about it and I spent $131.00 on a banner that doesn’t match my colors.Never going back!!!

A friend who has published business texts with PressPros sent me there. I had a great experience with Pebbles and Jonathan guiding me through the whole process of printing a collection of children's stories I wrote over the winter , a gift for my grandkids. Jonathan was a whiz at laying out the text and illustrations , and he and Pebbles insisted I critique and proof numerous times so I was totally satisfied. In fact I was thrilled . I would highly recommend Press Pros for any of your printing needs. We were in a huge rush to get posters printed for an event and they had them ready for us within 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service and great quality!
