They did an amazing job repairing some door damage on my 2004 Sprinter. They had to procure a replacement door from Germany. There's no doubt this was a big challenge but they matched the paint perfectly and feathered it into the body such that it's impossible to tell that there was ever any damage. I'll add that their price was less than half of the other options I found in Bend.

Even with an appointment, you will wait a while. The staff are very busy. Tip: start filling out the paperwork on the counter while you’re waiting.

I was really impressed with their work on my car. I thought it was going to be totaled but they managed to fix it and make it look as good as new. I'll defentally be using them again in the future.

Update 5/23: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Management and customer service are horrible. It's too bad because the work was done very well. To date, I was owed money and have yet to receive it. It's now been 7 months and I continue to get the run around. I would suggest finding another establishment that puts the customer first before this establishment.
Professional Autobody South has done an amazing job with repairs needed to my 4Runner! I honestly had my expectations exceeded every time. They are extremely professional, communicate well and the job they do is impeccable. I’ve had my truck with them twice this year with unfortunate damage done by other parties and they’ve made my truck look just like new. You have a customer for life! Thanks again!

Check in was easy and the gal doing the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful. She checked on my rental and made sure my wait was comfortable and brief. My van was fixed and back on the road in no time! Beautiful job!

After being rear-ended by a young female who's father wanted to "buff out" the damage to my sienna I opted to take my car to professional auto body south.
I had been here once before with great results and I was not disappointed again this time.

Customer service was very good and they did a great job repairing my audi. Paint match looks very good, and all the panels line up very nicely. I did have to return because a part of my door had popped out and it got missed when it was put back together. It was a but sneaky of a panel. I brought it back and they promptly got it fixed for me. Overall good experience, and it took less than a week for me personally to get my vehicle back.
