I got in a accident - not my fault - and Fred and Amber made me feel very secure that my car would be taken well care of in a time that was very stressful for us. CARSTAR was A+++. My car looked beautiful again and was done in a timely manner despite Thanksgiving weekend rolling in. I am very happy and 100% recommend! Thank you all :)

All the employees were very friendly and did their jobs well. They were knowledgeable and did a great job with my car. They worked well with my insurance and everything was done earlier than expected. I would use them again for sure.

I marked a three only due to communication. The work itself is fantastic but the lack of communication was very frustrating. I was told a 1 and 1/2 weeks at drop off . When I called after this time frame to get a pick up time was told it would another week. Again never got a call to tell me about and delays but when I called again got told again delayed. Everytime I called I got a new date and was very frustrated as no one ever called to tell me about delays. My repair which I was initially told would take 1 and 1/2 weeks took just 2 days shy of a month. I would not be upset as some things are out of control such as insurances and parts delayed but not communicating is a completely avoidable issue.

I had a great experience with CARSTAR! They repaired a dent in my Tesla, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was fast, accurate, and super friendly. My car got damaged during a recent hail storm, and this place was recommended by my insurance company. The experience was absolutely wonderful!! The quality of work was excellent and they got everything done very quickly - only had to have a rental car for a day. Amber and Anthony were awesome, and kept me informed the whole way through the process. Hopefully nothing happens to my car again but I would definitely come back or recommend to anyone who needs auto body work in Bend/Central Oregon.
