I was here for a week and I would give service a 10/5 star review. Everyone was so nice and willing to help in any way. Above and beyond! Beautiful place and very nice hot tub, pool, and sauna. The only minor critique I have would be that I had no microwave and stove top in my room. It would have be nice to have that.
Food and drinks: Food was so amazing! I stayed for a week and didn’t have one thing I didn’t like. Highly recommended.

Always a great place to stay and play. Their end of summer deal is a great value. We played 4 rounds during our 2-night stay. Our only lol moment being the cart fee being so pricey. $35 per rider is almost criminal? All of the staff was amazing and friendly. The crab cakes and the lobster roll were so delicious I could see driving back just for a seat at the bar.

We had a meal in the Juniper Preserve Lava tubes, and wow it blew my mind. Amazing!

We only stayed for a night, but we were shocked that this place is as nice as it is. As far as comfort, beauty, and luxury, I'd put it on par with Ritz Carlton. The only thing I'd say we were caught off guard by is all the children. Most of the guests were young families. Luckily, there's an adult-only pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family over the labor day weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into our room, we were appalled by its condition. The room was unclean, and it was evident that housekeeping had not properly attended to it before our arrival. I had to contact the supervisor, who then had to call the housekeeper to clean the room. This was not the welcoming experience we expected, and it set a negative tone for the rest of our stay.
The issues extended beyond our room. The pool area was in a similarly poor state, with garbage and food scattered around the pool and seating areas. The trash can by the pool was overflowing, seemingly left unemptied from the previous day, and there was trash under nearly every seat. This made what should have been a relaxing poolside experience quite unpleasant.
The hotel's dining options were also disappointing. There is only one restaurant on the property, and it was severely understaffed. With just one server handling orders for both the adult and kids' pools, service was slow and chaotic. It took an excessive amount of time to place an order or receive our food, which was frustrating, especially with young children. Dinner was another ordeal, with insufficient staff to manage both the kitchen and guest service, leading to long waits and a generally stressful dining experience.
Overall, our stay was filled with poor cleanliness, inadequate staffing, and a lack of attention to guest needs. I would not recommend this hotel, and we do not plan on returning.

We love this place for a weekend get away, however our last time there ended in disappointment. Our stay was great like always but I just so happened to check my credit card statement. My original room charge was thru Expedia and posted to my account then came multiple charges that were not mine that totaled over $3000!!!! I had to call multiple times and send my credit card statements via email and over a week later the charges were reversed and the excuse was there was a guest with a similar name.
Had I not checked I would have paid $3000 for a weekend of enjoyment for another guest.
A group of friends wanted to book a golf weekend there and I steered them clear. It’s a shame cause we’ve always enjoyed it there

We had an incredible time staying at Juniper Preserve for a summer mother & daughter getaway!
Arrival: The property was about 4 miles in from the main road, which made us feel super safe and secure. Upon arrival, there was a secure gate we had to check in with before moving forward. We appreciated this extra layer! Once we got to the lodge, we were able to check in quickly and the bell hop met us outside to load up our belongings onto the bell cart. We appreciated the extra hand and how lovely the check in staff were.
Rooms: We had a double queen room in the lodge and it was quite spacious. They had a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, sink and an assortment of snack and bar items. The beds were comfortable, which says a lot coming from a difficult sleeper like me!
Property: There were 3 pools onsite and plenty of activities. We appreciated that the pool at the lodge was adults only, so we could relax without distraction. We rented a bike one day, worked out in the fitness center and checked out the pickleball courts.
Spa: We had an incredible experience at the spa. I booked a Swedish style massage for myself and a deep tissue for my mom. We both left our appointments in absolute bliss. The massage therapist (I think her name was Kelly) is truly talented and makes her guests feel at ease. Please note the spa is in the lodge, NOT at the wellness center! I made the mistake of walking across the property in 96 degree weather before figuring that out. Lesson learned!
Food: We were a little disappointed with the limited food options, as there was only one restaurant available and it had the same lunch and dinner menu. We enjoyed what we ordered, but there were some instances where we had to repeat something we already had. We were particularly impressed by one of the servers, Maggie, who was just the sweetest and remembered our breakfast order each morning. She made us feel right at home!
Staff: Speaking of staff, every single interaction we had with a staff member was positive. Whether it was checking us in, ordering drinks at the Coyote Lounge or renting bikes, everyone had a smile on their face and was eager to make our stay a positive one!
Only two cons: There were several times we had wished we had access to a microwave to heat up leftovers. Additionally, we didn’t love that room service was by request only via their app.
Overall, we had an incredible trip and would absolutely stay at this property again.

Rooms: The rooms are updated, but... could always be improved. Some of the room TV's are adequate, but still small, while others are large enough. Linens were fresh each morning. Felt nice to sleep in.
Food and drinks: I've tried the food in the past, and it's mostly a hit, but a few misses here, and there. To be expected in a restaurant, probably not so much in a higher-end resort, that asks the prices they do. But, again... the misses have been few, and this time there were none.
Drinks are always well poured. Recommendations were really good, and spot on.
Noteworthy details: Go to the Cave. Fazio, Hole 8.

Love the golf courses. Nicolaus is public, and Fazio course is private.
