We LOVE coming to this theater. The people who work here are amazing and always give us an amazing experience. I unexpectedly dropped my wallet and the manager Justin helped me track it down and get it back. Could not be more thankful for the entire Regal team. ?

Decent theater. Prices are as expected but a little disappointed that you guys don't have the ultra wide and reclining seats like the Regal cinemas in Tanasbourne.

We enjoy coming here when we’re in town to see the newest movies. It’s a nice theater just wish they had recliners.

I love going to the movies, but this theater is in serious need of signage that is READABLE!It needs better lighting on the signs, signs with black lettering printed on white, and large numbers outside the theaters. Wonder how many other people besides me are tired of looking for theater 15? Wouldn’t hurt to have a map posted of individual theaters locations. Spend a few bucks on SIGNAGE!

Employee named Marcus/Marcos was incredibly rude. Scanned my unlimited QR code for a free ticket but somehow thought I said “birthday popcorn”, took him 5 minutes to figure it out and he looked like he thought I was crazy. Super unprofessional

We have been going to this theater for 10 years. I have never been impressed by the service or offerings. This time was different . Eitwyn Rodgers was the manager, and he obviously is leading the staff well. He was actually exited to be serving his customers, and it was obvious he cared. I suggest no wrist bands to to buy booze. Please look at Cinetopia for ideas.

Great smaller theaters with good seating and IMAX theaters as well. They serve beer at this theater and have a great snack selection and the seats are comfortable.

visiting from california. Went over here walked around nice little area. went to Sushi for dinner stopped byREI Before going to the movies, the movie theater needs a little help. Should have bigger signs before entering the theater really small Sign On the top With the numbers. Most theaters, it'll be on the door should be a little bit bigger. Or the poster of the movie playing.

They have several movies playing at different times. Two adult tickets ordered online was around$26 and you pick which seats that are left that you want to sit in. Of course the food at movie theaters is outrageously priced but the seats were comfortable and the place was neat and clean.

Saw Oppenheimer in the IMAX theater. Not worth the extra money. It was a weird and long movie to begin with. The IMAX theater was super loud and I guess a little bigger. I did not see the benefit in the extra cost. The seats were pretty comfy, not sure if the other theaters have the same seats.

The volume was so loud during an IMAX showing of Oppenheimer in that other viewers were covering their ears. My ears were ringing afterward. I informed a staff member. They told me it was supposed to be that way and that it's a common complaint. They didn't even have ear plugs.

Decent modern theater for watching movies. The best way to go is to buy a monthly pass, in spite of the recent price increase. It is expensive for what it is and consistently understaffed. Well, actually, they have plenty of staff, but many of them stand or wander around rather than help people. Re-opening the box office would increase efficiency astronomically. The way it is done now is cumbersome at best. I am unsure how they get away with calling their Imax theater that, because it clearly isn't. It's the best experience in Central Oregon, but that certainly doesn't make it top-notch. Staff is unprofessional and unwilling to work. Theaters and bathrooms are marginally clean. Mediocre with potential, but showing little effort to improve.

Went to see Indiana Jones today. I'm have profound hearing loss, so in order to follow the film I need a source of subtitles. Today the Captiview device needed batteries, no problem, they run about 30 minutes of trailers anyway. The devise usually doesn't start working until the movie begins. As usual, and today was no exception, the captiview didn't work. So as the movie plays, (no hitting pause in the theater) I'm off to get a replacement. No replacement available today, but I'm offered the glasses with subtitles. Not my first choice, but I would like to not waste a trip to the movies. The glasses are suboptimal at best, and todays pair had a blurred out presentation for the left eye, the right eye was blurry but readable, but it was truncating the text on the right side. I think my days as a theater goer are numbered, the wait for home viewing is getting shorter, my 4k big screen has a beautiful picture, and even has a pause and rewind function if I want to see a scene again. I started going to the movies with my mom before I could read, in fact my first recognizable words were "The End". We may well be in the midst of a paradigm shift, and if the theaters wish to remain relevant, they may need to reinvent themselves to provide an experience more enjoyable than watching at home on the big screen with surround sound and popcorn that doesn't cost upwards of $10.00.
