Shortest wait for medications in Bend. Staff is efficient & doesn't seem overwhelmed like Walgreens does.

This review is primarily for the pharmacy. It is so unfortunate, and baffling, how rude the pharmacy employees consistently are. Additionally, i have never once been able to walk in and pick up my medication without having to wait for it to be prepared (this is always following a text or phone call that my prescription is ready for pick up). It has been multiple years, so truly shame on me for continuing to go here. I am not someone who complains about establishments (ever, seriously), but please save yourself the time, or worse, when your medication will inevitably not be ready on time.

Worst I’ve dealt with. They are rude. There phone doesn’t work so I have to drive 30 minutes to find out they don’t have my prescription and they will get back to me which has never happened.

I like using the pharmacy except for the fact that being able to call in a prescription is almost impossible. The phone system is ex-
tremely impossible to navigate. It appears there is not enough help in the pharmacy. Very frustrating!

I’ve been calling them over and over to find out if my prescription is ready and they don’t answer their phone

It's degraded into the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Prescriptions get lost, staff blames dr, Dr says it's pharmacy, patient stuck in the middle without. Has occurred to us repeatedly. This once great pharmacy now takes 2 weeks to fill simple stuff, and only when the customer insists on it. The latest instance, freestyle 3 sensors, and ozenpic, specifically mentioned the Dr issued prescriptions 2 wks ago, got home. Got home and there was 3 months of Trisha and no sensors. Guess who's gonna be back tomorrow. This is inexcusable in any business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. It deserves to fail and rest in misery. You've lost an 8 yrs pair of customers.

Worst pharmacy in my 24-year experience in the US in 4 different towns. Their fax does not work, so after trying to fax twice, my doctor had to call in prescription over the phone and the pharmacy got my date of birth wrong. I had to get on the phone with my doctor’s office while at the pharmacy to sort this out. In prior experience, it took me 2 weeks to fill a prescription, and in another experience a doctor’s office had to call them to follow up because the pharmacy does not pick up phone and treat patients with disrespect. The only way to get them on the phone is to call from a doctor’s office, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, if I manage to find a pharmacy in a small town with convenient office hours.

They never pick up the phone, don't open on time.. slow to refill.. don't respond to mychart... to refill you have to go twice at least.. 1 to drop off 1 to pick up.. best to drop off and come back 2 days later cause they don't usually refill same day and there's no way to check if it's ready via phone cause they never pick up

This pharmacy is garbo. It is always late to open, they’re horrifically slow, and I truly dread coming here

Definitely one of the worst pharmacy’s in town, never once have answered a phone call so in return always have to request refill in person and wait in store for an hour till it’s filled.

Came to this pharmacy they told me they didn’t have enough antibiotics for my son so I was about to leave when they called me back to the pharmacy over the intercom telling me they did have enough of the antibiotics, but it was a different brand that look like an inhaler brand, and then the pharmacy tech Debbie started laughing thinking it was a joke When my son has tested for flu when I didn’t think it was not a joke for Debbie to laugh in my face, thinking it was funny to not give the right antibiotics to my son. At the end of the day I will be telling his doctor to switch pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy they just laugh when they don’t have the antibiotics that you need some lady named Debbie.

No, they don’t answer their phones. If you have questions or inquiries you have to go in person to find out. But once you do, you’ll quickly understand why. They simply have no time to answer their phones. That poor staff is grossly overworked/understaffed and expected to do a lot with very little. Shame on the company for allowing this to happen. I worked as a pharmacy technician for six years before graduating from college. I would never sign up to work under these conditions.
I’m giving five stars ONLY for the actual workers making it happen. Thanks for still showing up so this location doesn’t shut down. I keep coming because the convenience to my house. Pharmacist Mohammed (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was a rockstar and filled my son’s prescription SO much quicker than I expected even though he was the only pharmacist working this evening. So thanks to him and the other pharmacy employees.
RiteAid, do better. You have incredible employees that deserve it.

I echo what everyone else has said about the pharmacy. Management needs to figure this out. My Dr sent my prescription here NINE days ago, and I still haven’t heard from them, and they don’t answer the phones. Had to scramble to get my Dr to send the prescription to Walgreens. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this Rite Aid, but it will be the last. You lost a customer.
