I echo what everyone else has said about the pharmacy. Management needs to figure this out. My Dr sent my prescription here NINE days ago, and I still haven’t heard from them, and they don’t answer the phones. Had to scramble to get my Dr to send the prescription to Walgreens. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this Rite Aid, but it will be the last. You lost a customer.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in town, they don’t answer their phones, they don’t listen to their messages to fill your prescription even if it’s your second time in, they are rude and unhelpful, I’ve NEVER had a good experience here. They should be turned into the BBB and shut down bcs if you have a. Emergencey script like I did they do not care. Costco is closed on Sundays and that is why I had to fill here.

Never answer phone, long lines, customer service is terrible. The pharmacists are nice enough, but they will never be able to keep a new employee if they have to work with the 2 disgruntled gals. Don't waste your time here!

Impossible get a prescription filled in a timely manner here. I’ve stood in line (long lines) eight times to pick up a single prescription my doctor called in that I e taken for 25 years. Told to wait an hour, so I waited two hours, then told to wait another 20 minutes. It was called in by my doctor 10 days ago. I had to call my doctor because they said he didn’t call it in after I checked with them two times. Of course he did.Although one of my prescriptions is for 90 days, they only give me 30 days at a time. One time they said they were out, next time they said I only need one a day (I take 3), next time they said insurance wouldn’t fill it…I honestly believe they DONT want to help you. You get sent to another line, wait, then get sent to another line.

I used to think this pharmacy was reliable. Until now! Never able to get someone on the phone. I've been waiting for my two inhalers to be refilled for over a week now. I get they are short staffed but come on! Grab the inhalers off the shelf and place the prescription sticker on it. Thats all they have to do! Ugh!

I have been waiting for 4 days for an important prescription. No one ever answers the phone. At this point I'm not sure if I will ever get the medicine I need to get better.

Horrible pharmacy. I echo the statements of the customer reviews with 1 or 0, if they could, stars. I have experienced the same issues. I am leaving this pharmacy. Someone is going to die from not getting their life saving prescription

The pharmacy is booking vaccination appointments and then canceling them upon arrival, claiming they are too busy. I showed up for my appointment and was the only client at the pharmacy for quite a while and they refused to take my appointment.

I understand they are understaffed, but they need to do something different. Every time I've gone to the store to pick up a refill that was submitted via their automated phone system it has never been ready when promised. In fact, the refill request wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. The pharmacy staff says they don't pay any attention to and don't feel the need to meet the pickup times given by the automated refill process. I had to either come back yet again or wait over an hour while they filled it. This afternoon I tried to order an Rx refill by speaking directly to the staff. I was on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes before I finally gave up. I don't want to do the whole "let me talk to your manager" thing, but when I went into the store and did complain, someone got an Assistant Manager. She could not have cared less. The pharmacy is part of the healthcare system. They have to do better.

They're currently 10 days behind. No one seems to know what they're doing. Maybe they're understaffed. They don't answer the phone and when I went in for my prescription which was Supposed to be ready after 11 am. They had nothing. Had to sit and wait 30 minutes. Not okay!

Horrible experience with Debbie at the pharmacy. She was beyond dismissive to many customers including me. My husband has an acute injury, tore his MCL, ACL and meniscus. The doctor sent a prescription electronically and she was so rude after telling me it wasn’t there and I tried asking questions. She told me verbatim “go away. We are done talking.” Absolutely no compassion and should not be talking to customers.

I'd give this a no star since this company is an absolute joke. I'm so glad these idiots are going bankrupt. I'm an asthmatic who needs my inhaler to live my life, and these old hospice escapees can't answer their phones at all. I've been on hold for two hours and have to go to E.R just so I can get to breathe. I wonder how many deaths Rite Aid is responsible for? AM I WRONG!?

The Rite Aid pharmacy at 1900 NE 3rd Street, Bend, OR 97701 used to be a pleasant experience even if they never are able to answer the phone. They are busy. I get it. I know that the pandemic caused a lot of staff turnover and supply chain issues. The faces that used to be there aren't there anymore. I get that people get frustrated and have bad days. I've worked in customer service since I was a teen. I will dismiss behaviors as a one-off experience most of the time. However I have consistently had rude and confrontational interactions notably from one pharmacist in particular at this Rite Aid location in Bend. My most recent interaction was last week and I haven't been able to shake it a week later. He literally yelled at me while walking through the shelves of pills while filling someone else's Rx and told me that my insurance company was wrong, my understanding of my benefits were incorrect (even though I have had the same insurance used for a particular rx for over 1.5 years) and when I asked if he would re-run the Rx as the hold at the other pharmacy was cleared, he kept yelling at me and said he ran it earlier and it won't work. After more comments from him while I attempted to stay calm, he finally followed my instructions, and said oh, it worked this time. No apologies. No chuckles of "oops sorry I got a little heated." Nothing. I don't know if this is his behavior with all women or just me. But he consistently displays condescending and rude behavior every time I am forced to use this pharmacy location. It is demoralizing to arrive to get medications I need to manage my health, only to be disrespected because this pharmacist is evidently compensating for something. Is it a lack of stature? In my experience, he doesn't know how to peacefully interact with women (Is it because he might come from a culture that refuses to dignify women? I don't know. Does he have issues with his mother? I don't know the origin of his misdirected rage, but, come on, don't bring it to work.) As a result I hope to never be forced to return to this Rite Aid pharmacy location and will instead try to use a different pharmacy location for my local Rx fills. The conduct of this pharmacist is unacceptable. The Rite Aid Pharmacy overlords might want to suggest some discrimination/sensitivity training to this man.

As stated in other reviews, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I suggest going to another pharmacy, if you’re able. I spent thirty minutes on the phone in a continuous loop where it would ring 7 times, then put your back into the phone tree. Decided to come down to the pharmacy and was told by the inhospitable woman behind the counter that it wasn’t ready yet. She then asked if I wanted to wait for it and told me they would call my name when ready in 30 minutes. An hour later, I had to go back up to the counter to ask about the status. To my surprise, it was filled and on the shelf but my name was never called. Very frustrating. It’s obvious that Rite Aid does nothing to address these issues as they continue to post the same generic reply to these negative reviews but nothing improves. Take your business elsewhere.
