Nice guy, awful service. Had our truck for several days to fix an error code. Couldn’t a bolt off and eventually broke the bolt. Told me he couldn’t fix it and still charged us for his labor.

Kind of a lazy group. Did not want to do a coolant flush because it was “too difficult”. Pretty sure the reality was that because I wouldn’t pay for new hoses and other work that wasn’t needed they decided not to work at all.Edit: While I would not appreciate being called out on my lazy practices, it’s awful low of the owner to misrepresent conversations. In talking on the phone, I explained that the factory caps for the oiler cooler were being shipped to me (because I would install them) and that I have new radiator hoses in my garage (because I will not pay for his marked up prices) as I know that oil contamination can impact the life of the hoses. Again because I did not want to pay him for parts and labor that I can do he didn’t want the work. The sudden “tick” was only mentioned when I picked up the car and disappeared just as quickly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazingly fast turnaround! Paid less than $40 total for a quick fix when other shops had quoted me $100 for a "diagnostic fee" when I knew exactly what had to be done. Very professional and polite!

This place is great. I went in for a second quote on some front end repairs/maintenance and ended up getting a better deal. Not only was the service more budget friendly, they are trustworthy as well. My first quote for the same service said I needed new ball joints, but this place actually took the time to research my specific vehicle and came back with new information. This new information said my specific vehicle was supposed to be the way it is, and I did in fact need new ball joints. My vehicle was in and out in a day. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch service for a reasonable price.
