While the car looks excellent after repair, it took forever and had other issues. My car was rear-ended on July 23 and didn’t get it back until almost 6 months later. First, they had over 2 months to order parts, then when I was scheduled to finally bring it in on October 1 they called a few days before that and said the parts weren’t in yet and had to reschedule the appointment and rearrange a scheduled trip because of that. Next a few days later they called back and said the car might be totaled by the insurance company because of their ridiculously high estimate. I didn’t hear back from them for over a week and saw on the insurance site that the estimate had been revised twice from the initial $20,000 repair down to $14,000. I finally called them and they said sorry we thought we called you and told me my car would be ready Nov. 20. Then a few days before that date they called again and said oops we accidentally broke your rear window (which was not damaged) and the part is on back order and we have no idea when it will come in. Then I get another notice from the insurance company that they charged an extra $2700 to the insurance company for what they admitted was their mistake!! That’s shady to me they should have charged that to their own insurance. Finally on Dec. 10 they called and said it was ready. Unfortunately we were out of town until that Saturday so couldn’t pick it up until Monday Dec 16 since they are not open on weekends. Final note: would not recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at Kendall Collision Repair when I brought my Ford Bronco in for a warranty repair. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient.
The service advisor (Willy) took the time to explain the repair process clearly, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and how it would be covered under the warranty. They also kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated—it was nice that he kept me updated as the repair progressed.
As I was traveling, the team delivered the vehicle to me home so I would have it to use as soon as I returned. I was impressed by the quality of the repair. Everything was completed flawlessly, the Bronco looked great. Highly recommend!

These guys have helped me fix my car
more times than I care to admit since living in Bend. I’m so happy I found them. Having been to a few places over the years with some really poor experiences, Kendall Collision has contrastingly always been quickly helpful, communicative, great middlemen with insurance if necessary, and easy to work with.
They are always professional, calm, kind yet sprinkle a little humor into the situation without being insensitive, when I’ve been upset about my poor car luck or poor driving skills resulting in my car getting crunched. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, yet hope as usual, that I won’t see Kendall Collision again for a long time.

I truely appreciate there hard work, communication and cleaning my car inside and out while repairing my bumper cover. My only complaint is they got the work done too quickly. I was hoping i could get a short road trip in the fancy rental car from Enterprise but they got the service completed before weekend so had to return the rental car. Also love the lifetime warranty on their paint.
