These guys tend to do a really good job. When I need a ride while waiting, they always give me to where I need to go and get me back. The information you give me is always accurate and I appreciate doing my service there. I will continue to get my car serviced at Kendall and now I need an auto repair for my bumper because I was hit and I will go to Kendall collision for that. I think the service will be good but it’s a four month wait for a simple bumper repair. Nonetheless, that’s where I will stay.

When my daughter's beautiful truck was hit by a moron in a minivan, Willy and the team took wonderful care of it. They dealt with the insurance and billing, set up my ride to get the rental, kept me informed, and went above and beyond. They were even able to duplicate the aftermarket parts perfectly!Absolutely 5 stars.

Quick repair. Super friendly service. Only had a small bumper scratch and they detailed/cleaned the entire inside of my car. Gave me a ride to enterprise to get my rental car.So impressed and highly recommend.

Just got our car back from Kendall. The repairs are first-rate. Communication was also very good. The only issue is how long it takes to get the car into the shop for repairs. Long lead time, but suspect their work load is large. Speaks to the demand for their services.Services: Painting

I highly recommend Kendall Collision Center when you need body work done. Communication was great. Rental car via Enterprise was waiting for me. Dropped it off Monday and they finished Thursday (a day early).

They did a stellar job on my brand new Toyota Tacoma that had been hit in a parking lot. They worked with my insurance and auto rental to provide an almost seamless experience. They took away the usual hassle of handling these affairs on my own and I was left with no worries.The service writer, Nikki was also amazing. She handled my truck like it was her own and when I picked it up it looked brand new again! Not only was the repair work perfect, kudos to the people in the shop, but it was also washed and completely cleaned inside as well.The next day I did notice a smudge of some kind on the opposite side of the truck and I took it by for her to see. She immediately got after it and was able to clean off the substance, possibly tree sap that had nothing to do with the service but she did it anyway.I am a repeat customer since they did an amazing job the first time I had them repair a vehicle. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle next time you need it to be restored to like new condition as they have done for me on more than one occasion.Services: Painting

After a collision with a deer North of Bend, our car was towed to Kendall. Every aspect of the repair was superb: comprehensive estimates, contact with our insurance, and regular updates from Paola on the repair. They ensured Kia reviewed the repairs, and held the car for us until we could arrange pickup. Highly recommended!

Great job done by Kendall. Although it took a very long time to get the repair work scheduled, it went smoothly with very good communication from the team.
