From start to finish, Ian went above and beyond. We had a terrific experience from the test drive all the way to the end when he sat inside the vehicle with our son and explained all the features. He said he'd be happy to do it again if he forgot anything. We're really grateful to Ian for helping make this a great event for our family. Thank you!

I really didnt want to have to write this but now i feel I have no choice. My experience with these guys has been an absolute nightmare. First they sold me a truck with no title.. Then they got my address incorrect as well as the wrong credit union.
So now 3 months after purchase I still have no license plates on my vehicle and with the temp tag expiring they said they can not help me even after speaking with multiple employees (salesman included) and them assuring me an extended temp tag would be no problem. Ive had to do all the leg work regarding the DMV and the credit union even tho that was all paid for at time of purchase and told they would handle it. I will never do business with Kendall again. Id sell this truck back to them today if they would buy it. I retract my earlier review after being coerced by the salesman to write a positive review immediately after sale.
These guys are just your typical car salesman.. anything to make a sale. Really thought Kendall would be different. would not recommend dong any business with them.

My name is Suzanne and I just purchased a beautiful CX70. I love love love it. Patrick Kelley was who we worked with. He is amazing and I would highly recommend him as your person to purchase a car from. He is kind, honest, responsive. My husband put him through the sales test as my husband never trusts a car salesman. Patrick won him over which is not easy to do. There was some concerns about the car, and Patrick went above the call of duty to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Mazda of Bend and that is primarily because of Patrick Kelley. Mazda is lucky to have him..................... I should note that the person in the Ford office we worked with to sign the papers tried to sell us additional warranties. We said no thank you. When my husband had to leave the room for awhile, the young man tried to upsell me behind my husbands back. That was not good in m view and actually upset me very much. but that was small issue compared to our overall experience at Mazda and how GREAT Patrick was.

Good service driving car hearing about it’s characteristics/ the change in the service was went at last minute an inexperienced finance guy tried to talk me into an additional warranty even the car only had 6800 mileage ! Opted to take it because I was told I could withdraw that coverage if within 30 days ( payment would return to original $268 )approx) with same term ! So I communicated I would cancel. I kept copy of text - Derrick said okay - done but my payment would stay the same - length of loan would just change !
Then got contacted by CM Central Williamette loan co just checking if my loan info was understandable- I said yes, however I wondered if they had heard from the dealer about the withdrawal of the extra warranty ? No- thst conversation never happened! She explained that they needed the cancellation documentation and the amount removed to be forward to them to change my terms back to 268 instead of $305
I have the copies of the contract reflecting the cancellation / also a dicusign from both but today if Oct1 and nothing has changed- still have the extra warranty, same payment and nobody returns calls !! Go find your cherished car somewhere else id you don’t want headaches afterward !

The worst. They don’t know anything about Mazdas and what they tell you is wrong. They advertise a promotion and don’t know anything about it and when you call for information no one calls back.

Worst experience ever. I went in to get the process started for a mustang, sales guy (Mark) started off looking up and down and I was not dressed up (and I want to assume thats the case and not because Im brown) so I was treated the worst way possible, didnt want to provide any information, and when I was trying to get more info, he went: would you even buy one of them? And thats when I knew this is not the poace to do business, specially for my dream car.

I bought a red MX-5 from this dealership and worked closely with Devin. The entire process was smooth; Devin was kind, informative, honest, and not pushy. The price was fair and agreed upon without any uncomfortably pushiness or haggling. Overall the experience with sales and finance was great!

Had a lovely experience buying a new car after leasing for 6 years. Larry was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the gang over there. And I’m in love with my new Mazda. Can’t beat the 2.9% financing through Mazda right now too!!

Have been here twice for service on my Mazda, once for a battery (under warranty) and once for an engine thermostat recall. Both times issues were fixed without issue and without any attempt to upcharge. Yes, they are busy but have gone above and beyond to get me in before a upcoming road trip. Curtesy rides and loaner vehicles provided when needed. Solid experience.

Ian was amazingly helpful & tolerant of my indecisiveness. He moved at least 20 cars & let me sit in or drive 10 more. After over four hours of browsing, my husband & I ended getting two cars. We never felt pressured & he's even delivering the second car we bought.

I have been here several times for an oil change and I've been impressed by the speed and quality of their service every time.
