If you are a renter avoid this place at all costs. They will do anything in their power to steal all of your security deposit upon move out. Just flat out some of the worst people. I would never rent from them again...

Had a great experience with Rogue in applying for a rental property. Received regular updates by email, letting us know at what stage they were in reviewing our application. I called their offices several times in the process and was treated in a friendly, helpful manner each time. Best rental application process we've experienced over the last few months.

We had the pleasure of working with Nora Spangler and there was isn’t enough space on here to say how amazing it was to work with her. Nora is the best in Bend! We moved here from out of state never been to Oregon let alone Bend. We have 2 young kids and with COVID it was hard to find a sitter but Nora worked around our schedules and was able to set up a meeting that was extremely accommodating. She listens to what you want and is an open book. We were first time homebuyers and she was always quick to respond and helped us navigate through the stressful process with ease. Nora will exceed your expectations and help you find something that you’ll call home. Highly highly recommend her if your looking for a home!

We have used the services of Rogue Management for a couple of years and have grown to appreciate the professionalism, good communication and positive attitude of the staff, including Krishan, Jordan and Miya. in addition to fostering good tenant relationships, they are flexible and helpful in the coordination of minor construction projects. The monthly reporting is accurate and readily explained if we have a question.

We had an issue regarding a parking violation at my current rental. Rogue had sent an email saying we were to pay a $250 fine. After looking at the email I came to find out this was the 2nd violation at our home. There was quite a few things wrong with this situation. We were never notified of the first violation although they had documentation that it had happened. The 2nd violation they did not have documentation of and was over 5 MONTHS AGO... after talking with a representative, Carla, we discussed looking into the matter and she would get back to me. Days go by after multiple emails sent asking for updates. Finally two weeks after this incident we get a call asking why this hasn't been paid, then telling us the home owner will go to collections if we did not pay it... there was no answers to my questions what so ever. I work in customer service and I would never treat my customers this way. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never rent with Rogue again.

My review is in regards to the property management aspect of Rogue Real Estate. They manage the rental house next to my home. Rogue is negligent with their tenant screening process. They have allowed a group of young boys to take up tenancy as my neighbors. Their tenants own multiple vehicles that do not fit in their assigned driveway or garage. Their vehicles are extremely loud commercial diesel trucks which wake myself and our neighbor on the other side up every weekday at 5:00 a.m. After 9 months of a poor quality of life due to Rogue Real Estate's tenants, myself and the rest of the neighbors on our street are fed up. Multiple complaints, from multiple neighbors, over multiple weeks, have yielded nothing. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit against Rogue Real Estate due to their negligent rental screening, which has caused personal damages to multiple neighbors on our street due to significant sleep deprivation over many months.

Nora Spangler helped us find the house of our dreams in Sisters, Oregon. She is a very unique realtor in that she has high emotional intelligence with strong strategic planning and execution skills. She very quickly helped us put together a tangible game plan: 1. to find the right home 2. in the right place and 3. at the right price. I highly recommend Nora as she went "above and beyond" all realtors we have worked with in the last 30 years. She is fantastic!

Had to call twice just to get an appointment to see an office listed. The first time the lady didn’t know if it was even available.
I came in this morning on time for my appointment and they started discussing my “application”. I told them I had not filled out an application - they then continued discussing details of the application and gave me the last name of another lady named Shannon, and said I cannot do nails there. AGAIN, I told them I had not filled out an application, I just wanted to see the room.
They then told me, after taking a photocopy of my ID - with the correct last name, that the owner only wants to rent it for office use. No retail or products of any kind.
Had they known how to do their job from the beginning, I would not have wasted an hour of my time today.
Now reading the reviews, I am extremely grateful I see their work ethic before entering into any form of contract.
