This Pharmacist has problems, I called to check on my prescription on November 22nd and it is December 6th...still no prescription. This is a simple refill and he has come up with every excuse possible to not fill it. Go to Portland Lloyd Pharmacy, they mail it to you, no problems. This guy has wasted my doctors time and my time. Avoid Rose Pharmacy at all costs.

Horrible experience. The pharmacist was extremely rude and took 3 weeks to fill my prescription. He put me in the middle of something he should have been dealing directly with my doctor over. Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy.

I think Bob is an old time pharmacist who is very precise and knows a lot about the drugs he dispenses. He also gives information and asks questions , to make sure you know any side effects or contraindations. I like the personalized service you get at Rose Pharmacy.

This pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable he was trained in the old school where pharmacists were in the same league as doctors. Cut him some slack and listen to him, he knows his stuff.

The rudest person I have ever met! Because my prescription sat on the shelf for a few days, he refused to give me my medication! Like who are you? You don't get to decide that or how long my meds sit there. I'm the one paying for them and it's my health and life! I don't appreciate being in a life or death situation because I can't get my meds he should be sued my health will not be controlled by a pharmacist, who decides how long my meds sit on the shelf there is no time limit. I'm a nurse and this is not okay! I would never do business here again, and I actually tried him again after leaving for a year.., I came back to complete hell again! Do NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Truly a bizarre experience. I’m an overly pleasant person to those who work with humans all day and both of the people that “helped” me at Rose were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I left dumbfounded at how unpleasant and useless my experience was there.

I have never had anything but the best treatment from Rose Pharmacy! Bob and Kathy are both helpful and kind; I wouldn't go anywhere else~!

Pretty bizzare experience on the phone. Would not recommend even calling. Try somewhere else, most compounding pharmacies in Oregon will ship to Bend and they are not weird like this one. Totally unprofessional.

I have had 2 prescriptions filled so far and talked with both the pharmacist and one of the ladies who works there each time. Both of them were pleasant and helpful and I have had no trouble having my prescriptions filled. The type of medication I get has to be specially cut down in dose, and it's not been an issue at all.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would be surprised to even find out the pharmacist graduated from Middle School, let alone College. DO NOT GO HERE!! They have THE WORST Customer service I have ever seen. Go to a big store like Walgreens and put them out of business!!!!!

If you need your prescription soon, which most of us do since the doctor gave us the prescription and we are generally in pain or sick and need it to get well, DO NOT go to this pharmacy. There is an attitude that you don't matter and should simply sit around and wait for them to call you when it's ready. And, believe me, that takes many days. If you call to inquire if it's ready, you will be told that there is a bad connection, even though you hear them very clearly. Happened to me twice. They choose not to deal with you so claim the connection is breaking up. I called early one Thursday morning to order a refill. I told them that I was leaving on vacation Sunday and asked if it would be ready by then. I was told that they had to check that a refill was alright and probably have to call the doctor office (the label stated one refill) and make sure it wasn't too few days ( no pain pills involved in this) to refill it. They said they would call when it was ready. And that was that. Made you feel like you were a bother and they were superior to you and actually enjoy making you wait on them. They did not call before I had to leave so I ran out on vacation. They called about 3:30 the following Tuesday. Granted, Monday was a holiday, but it still took them 4 work days to complete the order. I read a couple good reviews which I do not believe for a moment are legitimate customers. The majority of people had experiences just like me. From what I see, both people there are sadly lacking in people skills. They do their best to lose business. I don't understand why they are in business since they couldn't care less for their customers. I could give an opinion of this business in fewer words but I am afraid those words would be a bunch of !×#%*?#@ etc. Our country is full of hate right now, we sure don't need it from a pharmacy. There is a compound pharmacy in Redmond. I guess if I ever need them again. I will simply drive the additional miles. I will never allow them to treat me so poorly again at Rose pharmacy.

Grandad needed a wheeling walker. Rose Pharmacy had exactly what he needed. And free of charge. Delightful customer service, like the olden days! Thank you very much Dr Rose ?

Horrible! Should of read the reviews before trying to buy a simple package of insulin syringes from this place. First, a $3 pack they wanted $6 .. Ok I said, I'm out. But when I handed her a credit card she freaked out!? I could have understood such a small item (that was already doubled in price) and the cost of a cc but she was upset I didn't have my ID on me? I said my airbnb place was a few miles away and I didn't bring my wallet (plus I've NEVER have been asked for ID for a c.c. purchase in my entire life!?) And then she rudely snaps, "Well you're driving WHERE'S YOUR LICENSE!"I guess she was worried a $6 purchase (which cost them $1) would be rejected by Visa after they approved it!? I could of handled having to go somewhere else but the rudeness of this place is beyond the pale! (And up to this Bend just has the nicest people!)LOOK AT THE REVIEWS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
