I love the store but ..why are all the electronic tags in the shoe department chirping??? Still! They have been doing that high pitched irritating random sound for months. Get it addressed and fixed and I will definitely give a different review.

The employees have been surprisingly nice for a box store. The clothes are not always the best quality but the selection is pretty good and they have some good home goods too. Great prices.

A bit cluttered, as all Ross stores are. However, the people working there seemed to be having fun, which is not something I see in Ross very often. Also, this Ross has one of the better selections that I've seen in a long time and great prices on items. I usually shop discount, and even I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the prices on things.

This is a very clean store and the staff are very helpful. This particular Ross has lots of fun finds. We love to get our dog toys here because they are excellent quality and affordable, $3-$5 for most of them. I have found several pairs of nice Nike shoes and other good finds. Definitely recommend.

Shopping here because I’m relocating from California and wasn’t familiar with any stores seen this Ross and by far best customer service great items clean and a lot to choose from nothing like California the women at the cashier were all lovely polite and great customer service I went in from dec 22-26 and cashed out at least 500-800 each visit ! Never shopped or spent that much at any Ross in my life but this was well worth it and found great items for my new home in bend ! Thank you all keep up the great work

I like Ross, but it was practically empty the last time I was there. There were loads of empty racks and shelves.
