Why are the electronic tags still beeping and making annoying electronic sounds this has been going on far to long . It’s annoying to listen to why you shop and almost abusive to your employees forcing them to listen to a continuous electronic high pitched sound. So whoever is in charge of Ross in Bend Oregon and Redmond Oregon get on this issue already it’s been going on for a year or more .

The blonde older lady with the Karen hair cut is really living up to it. Tried to return something yesterday and wasn't sure on the return policy, instead of politely explaining she was very rude and said "well OBVIOUSLY I can't return this" with no explanation, I was embarrassed by her attitude and left to avoid further conflict. I'll be driving further to the other Ross in bend from now on to avoid her
My only hope is that her manager sees this and she is coached on her behavior

Customer service at register was non existent. The plump older lady was incredibly rude. Would not allow us to use restrooms eventhough we spent 73 dollars. Told us they were understaffed and the restrooms were closed. Another young man immediately stated that was not true. He apologized and let us in the restrooms. Shocking to be treated so rude by such an incredibly lazy employee. Will not shop Ross again, at all.
