this place is closed between March 11 and April 16 but fails to put any of that information on their website or on their voicemail. The voicemail states that they are open at 11 between Wednesday and Sunday and not that they are closed for a month. Waste of time.

Safeway pharmacy here in Bend, Oregon off 3rd Street - I graded a 3 - The waiting time on both new prescriptions & refills are pretty quick and I really like going through drive thru? And line in store is fairly short wait in compared to other pharmacies - Felt the atmosphere is unpleasant tho - Would rather share a smile instead - Vibe feels low

I moved from out of town and needed my prescription refill they were happy to call my out of state doctor to authorize my meds.

The level of incompetency is astounding. They were out of stock for an anti-seizure medication for my dog and we were told to return the next day. Returning two days later, the item was still not in stock. I called to confirm it would be there now 6 days later prior to wasting my time again, and waiting in line, and I was told they would not be able to get it. Nobody informed me of this or gave me the opportunity to go elsewhere. Clearly the Covid vaccine has done some irreparable brain damage to every pharmacist and inoculated worker in the industry.

Understaffed and disinterested in customers. I had an appointment for a vaccine and waited 40 minutes before I left because there were still two people ahead of me and they only administered 1 other while I was there, plus there was no communication about the wait time.

I have used this pharmacy for years. I have always had a great experience with them, however lately they have fallen short. I called them and asked if they could expedite a refill because of a flight I had reservations for. The time was a little conflicting as it was a sunday and pharmacy opens late, at 10 o'clock am. My flight was at 1130 am that day. I spoke with a pharmacist who abruptly said I wont get to it for 2 hours. I explained my situation and he had nothing to say. He would not help me at all. This isn't some passive script that you can just stop,it was a life saving script as well. I cannot believe how I was treated . I will be no longer using them and my friends are also unhappy with this pharmacist, and all are transferring now to other more compassionate and nicer to thier customers.

I love this pharmacy! I've been a customer here for over 20 years. They are always very nice, fill prescriptions accurately and fast. One of the last drive up pharmacies in Bend. Drive up service is a great feature that helps me with my busy schedule.

Rude, slow, incompetent, unprofessional, what else can I say? Avoid this place. It’s always someone with their heads up their shorts. They never fill on time. They are always so unpleasant and bothered. IF YOU DON’T like working there, GET ANOTHER JOB. Your job is not hard.

Rude. The pharmacy tech today even mocked me as I left. What ever happened to happy customer service. Sorry for interrupting your work day by filling an important prescription. I'll switch pharmacies. No problem.

The employees here will lie to your face that they didn’t receive your prescription from the doctor, even immediately after you getting off the phone with your doctor who confirmed they got the receipt and that it was accepted 2 hours ago.Either they can’t do the job, or they won’t do the job. Just pure laziness or incompetence. One or the other. Hell, maybe both.
