Used to be great, but the hubris and poor communications at this place are now simply mind boggling. I arrived at 6:59 pm to pick up a prescription phoned in weeks ago. I assumed an hour before closing would be adequate. I was told that they don't prepare that beforehand because many customers don't pick it up. That would have been nice to know so that I could have called ahead or otherwise coordinated ahead of time. I was told I needed to wait 15 minutes or so for them to put a box into a bag. I asked if I should go get back to the end of the line, and the blonde tech helping me said I could wait in the office. At 8:00 pm nearing closing time, I opened the door and was asked what I needed. After explaining, I was told it was sitting there waiting for me for quite some time. So apparently I was told I should wait in there, but I was supposed to infer that I should somehow make my presence known without waiting in line again? Why the expectation of having ESP? Then I hear the blonde lady explain to the rest of the crew that I wasn't really waiting an hour. She neglects the half hour I waited while she discussed her nice fingernails with a prior customer. Polite discussion is great, but not if it is at the expense of the next customer in a very long line. This is dismissive, careless, and poor communications and planning all around for what should have been a trivial pickup that required zero consultation. No apologies were offered. AVOID THIS PHARMACY unless you literally have nothing else to do and don't mind being treated like an afterthought and/or a piece of trash.

The literal worst. Expect to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes to get your meds… this is the literal slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been too. It takes them 10 minutes to deal with customers, sometimes THIRTY minutes… AND IM NOT EXAGGERATING… let me just say if you know, you know… I actually ended up leaving half the time when I had to pick my meds up here cause it was so frustrating. They really need to hire some people lower than the age of 50….

Complete example of the most inefficient business ever. This place is a zoo. Its a wonder they haven’t killed anyone. No organization and i watched two different people get handed the wrong medication. This place is THE WORST

This pharmacy is incredibly understaffed! The employees working there are not very friendly, and the multiple times I've stopped to pick up prescription, sometimes even a day after it's been submitted, they haven't gotten to it yet. I've called ahead and they often don't answer the phone, or tell you it's ready and you get there and it's not. I suspect it's not because they aren't working hard or qualified - get them some help!!

Had to get a prescription filled while out of town and should have read the reviews. It’s almost impressive how poor this pharmacy is run. It’s not that they are super friendly with everyone. They appear to have enough people working, but they all seem to be walking in circles. One person is trying to multi task with two different customers, but does both of them super slow. Then side random conversations behind the counter, while a customer is waiting halfway through there prescription pick up. I have been able to write this while waiting behind 4 people ( and two of them are still in line). Get these folks some additional help.

The lines are out rages. If it gets close to closing down no matter how long you've waited it in line and you don't make it before closing time your SOL. you'll have to come back tomorrow and wait in that line again. Customer Service seems to no care about the customers or their needs. If super busy you'd think they'd pick of the pace but it's just the opposite.

The most conveniently located for me, but wow… waiting 5-10 minutes per person in line is pretty ridiculous. They need to either work on a faster system or hire more people, because having to set aside 40 minutes to pick up a prescription is a joke.

I am not an "angry online review" person but this pharmacy is so epically bad it's worth the 5 minutes of effort. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy in Bend that carries the specific medication I need - I cannot switch out of frustration. I will echo the people who say it is a common occurrence to wait 30-60 minutes at 10 am on a Tuesday. They haven't answered the phone during business hours in three years. I waited for them to fill an Rx for two weeks, waited in line for an hour to ask what was going on, was told to come back in 48 hours. Waited in line for an hour again, told it wasn't there, come back in 48 hours. Waited in line for an hour again, CRIED, was told to come back in 48 hours and that time they had it (after the hour wait). My kids have had to wait an extra day to start super important things like antibiotics because of the staffing situation. I just cannot stress enough how messed up this place is, and I feel so sad that I don't have an alternative. I wish they'd politely decline new patients until they get things under control.

This pharmacy is awful. Yea long lines which I have learned to live with. You can show up and the prescription that was suppose to be ready is not. Ok. I can hang around while they get it ready. But now I have an issue with my medication and you can't get anyone answer the phone at the pharmacy or callYou back. Just disrespectful, rude and bad customer service. Plus I need my medication. We used toGot it Rite Aid but it's a little too far. Rite Aid isEverything this place is not.

Horribly inefficient, long wait times, and long prescription fill times.I go here every month and the line is typically 5-10 people long. On top of that I had a prescription called in for urgent care this morning at 9am, they tell me it won’t be filled until 2pm. I would strongly urge anyone to use a different pharmacy, but this one is right across the st from me.

Competent, friendly service to get my medication. I had to transfer prescriptions from my out-of-state Safeway location and the pharm tech, Justice, here at the Century Safeway, along with the other staff, were quick to make this happen for me. Great service!
