I came to grab a box of energy drinks and some soda for my workout this morning and as I was leaving this location, the cans exploded for some reason. There was an associate near me and blew me off when I asked for help and said he'd call someone. Nobody came, and when that same associate from the pickup department walked by me again did not stop to help.
Nobody stopped to help me. Waited there for a bit longer. So, I left the items dripping in your lobby and went to grab new items off the shelf.

Went into the store to get a battery for my remote. And I asked one of the managers if she could help me and she quickly responded with. I'm busy and I'm not open and shooed me away. I wish that the managers at Safeway next to Costco in bend would be a lot nicer and not horrible people if u don't like your job leave find another job where u can be a as hole to people

Don’t do drive and go. I’ve been waiting here for an hour waiting for my stuff and I witnessed the lady bringing out the groceries for another car and seen her drop two apples from the bags and didn’t pick them up.

I go there to get my kitten dry cat food and get wet can cat food if Albertsons does not have it. Most things are in stock there when i go to shop for it.

I have been trying to call into the pharmacy for over an hour. I am following the directions on the phone. It says if you do not find someone at this number, call back. I have called back so many times. I am able to get people to answer the phone in other parts of the store eventually, but no one will answer in the pharmacy and their voicemail is not set up. Luckily there are two other Safeways in town and I'm sure they will be much easier to get a hold of.

Why do you even advertise breakfast burritos in the deli, when 4 out of 5 times I go you don't have all of the stuff to make them? Stop advertising stuff you can't make.

Just got home from getting these, and they’re brown. They strategically placed the sticker over the obvious brown spot, and it’s brown inside when you cut into the other one. Bad form Safeway. What are we using to turn the meat red? Beet juice??

This review is for the bakery only. I have made 3 attempts to place a custom muffin order at this location. Each time the order had not been made and I was told that they were unable to find it. Yesterday on my third attempt I arrived at the agreed upon time to pick up and was told they hadn’t been baked yet. I said I would be back the following day. When I arrived today, no order. The manager said there were muffins set aside but no paperwork with them and they placed the muffins in the donut case. I realize this was a small order but it is quite disappointing.
