The new App is really bad and unreliable, hardly works. Have had multiple issues with it. And a lot of times you look to see your account and it’s not accurate like they don’t subtract what you spend from your account the day of. Disappointing.

I just have to give a shout-out to Jen Troiano. She has been so helpful and constantly gone above and beyond with helping me and my partner with our banking needs. First met her when we refinanced our vehicles. Two months later we moved to the south and banking has been tricky since there are no Selco's over here. She's been so helpful especially when my card got cancelled. Having a bank account I cannot access in person has been tricky but if it wasn't for her I would have already closed my checking and savings. Thanks Jen!

They are not as pleasant as they pretend to be, especially with their business ethics and practices. I would recommend any other credit union besides this one

This bank is unlike any other that I have visited here in Bend or when I lived in CA. The service is always immediate and friendly. Yesterday was another example. Lea greated me as soon as I came through the door. I asked for my balance which was pulled up in a flash and then requested a Cashiers Check. Trenna who usually helps me said “hi” from her desk. I was out and back to my car in less than 5min.
