“I highly recommend Cascade. Especially given that I've purchased more than 15 shipping containers from other sellers and experienced the range and condition that containers can show up in. Cascade was fantastic to work with; honest, professional, and offered a competitive price. And the containers showed up in absolute perfect condition. Thank you Marina and Cascade. The four containers look amazing!”
“Kim and Tom are great Mangers at this storage facility. Their office when you walk in is clean and cozy with a helpful manger ready to answer any questions. When asked for a tour of their units, they quickly obliged. Showing off the different unit sizes. Upon returning to your unit, if you need help or have a question, they are willing and happy to do so. The facility it-self is equipped with a security system and cameras to make you feel safe about leaving your belongings there.”
“Can't say enough good things about our experience. From delivery to pickup, quality and cleanliness of product, price, and professionalism of crew!! Thank you guys again. I won't hesitate to recommend your services!”
“Bryley has been an absolute gem to work with for my storage unit. When I was in the midst of a break up and needing to move my stuff from our shared storage unit asap she was so kind as I sobbed in the office. She helped me get into a unit that was easy for me to move my stuff over solo, even being mindful of maybe I didn’t want a unit just across the way. My parents have a unit at the same location and I joked with Bryley that she was going to be invited to holiday dinners with us. Truly a quality person to work with!”
“These guys are the best! I am so glad I trusted them with our container needs. They went the extra mile to take care of us. I will recommend them to anyone!
Thank you Doug❣”
“Ty and Abraham are great! Very responsive, professional and courteous. The only thing I missed the first time talking with them was the delivery and pick up fees on top of the rental rate. The container was delivered clean and worked great for us as we prepared for our move.”
“This is my second time having a storage unit with this facility at this location and Janet and the rest of the staff have been overwhelming nice. Awesome people and have always answered questions or concerns that I’ve had and helped me find the right unit. Everyone there is phenomenal! Every time I come in they wave and ask how I’m doing. By far the friendliest staff I’ve met great customer service. Great people”

“Northwest Self Storage on Columbia is always well kept and clean. I appreciate its security and have never had any issue in the 5 years we rented from them. Kathy in the office was super friendly and helpful finding us the best price on a unit also. Thank you!”
“I just moved into US Storage in Bend, OR on Powers rd. I am pretty well-versed with Storage units after living nomadically for 10 years, I have moved in and out of a few at this point!
Jack went above and beyond to help me move into the perfect unit for my needs. Jack was friendly and helpful. I added extra work for him at the end of his workday and he did it with a smile. Not only did I change the location of my storage unit upon my arrival, he personally walked me to my storage unit to check it out before I unpacked my car.
The storage unit is clean. The gate seems to work just great and everything was super easy. Thank you Jack for making the whole experience very stress free!! I highly recommend Jack and US Storage!”

“Emily has always been extremely helpful with getting us units as needed and keeping us posted when something opens next to one of units. As a local business here in Bend, it means a lot to have a neighboring business be so friendly and go out of their way to help us out!”

“Great storage lot close to Bend. Code access and good security. We've used this facility for three years and have never had a problem with rodents or insects. Sites are large enough to store our 36 foot trailer and truck and also to put our slides out when we need to. No hookups or dump station.”
“Monse was very helpful and explained everything to me. She made me feel welcomed. I am here only for work and only for a short time. She was very helpful with all of my needs. Thank you for your kind words and helpfulness!”
“Best prices I found in Bend, and good availability and flexibility compared to other storage places. All around good experience and office manager Kyle is a champ.”
“People who love wine come here... to store their wine to keep it in prime condition; to taste and purchase carefully selected wines; to purchase and ship wines as gifts; and to discuss wines with the wonderful friendly proprietors, Dennis and Diane, who always welcome me and my dog when we visit.”

“5/5 Stars - Outstanding service during a unit transfer!
Moving between storage units can usually be a headache, but the team at Public Storage made my recent transfer completely seamless. I needed to move from my original unit to a new one, and they handled every detail effortlessly.
What impressed me most was how hassle-friendly the billing was: they were able to transfer the payment I’d already made for my previous unit and apply it directly toward the new one without any fuss or hidden fees. The staff was fast, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this location if you want top-tier service and zero stress!”
“The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Ruth was very responsive with transferring ownership for us and John helped us immensely by clearing out our unwanted items. Highly recommend”

“I needed another storage unit and went back to the folks at Trojan in Bend! Just got off the phone with Barbara, and she helped me get all taken care of over the phone and ready for move-in. Everyone that I've interacted with at Trojan Storage has been exceptionally sweet, kind, and more than helpful. Thanks again for such great service!”
