“This place was great. Had a 40ft container purchased at 1pm, cleaned, delivered to Redmond and leveled within 3 hours. Doug is great and Andrew is perhaps one of the best workers I have ever seen. Dude was straight hustling. This guy ran when 99.9% of us would have walked. And he took the time to do it right. I never would have thought a delivery of a shipping container would be so exciting. How they don't have a 5-star rating is beyond me. Andrew must have called in sick that day is my guess.”
“Bryley has been an absolute gem to work with for my storage unit. When I was in the midst of a break up and needing to move my stuff from our shared storage unit asap she was so kind as I sobbed in the office. She helped me get into a unit that was easy for me to move my stuff over solo, even being mindful of maybe I didn’t want a unit just across the way. My parents have a unit at the same location and I joked with Bryley that she was going to be invited to holiday dinners with us. Truly a quality person to work with!”

“Blue Elephant Storage is local, communicative, reasonably priced, and easy to work with! They helped us pick a unit and ensured getting in and out was easy with both a code and a text to open gate. Only mild issue was the hours of 7-7 being available to get in, but having comfort in things being secure helps make that an easy pill to swallow. They also made the process of leaving the unit a breeze by only requiring a two week notice period and deducting pro rated rent from our original deposit.
