It’s weird how many other storage users I’ve talked to about how helpful and a happy presence she is. If there is ever a question it is responded to with kindness and genuine helpfulness. I had an opportunity to get a bigger unit in quicker time than the waitlist here, but would be remiss if I didn’t get to pop in and just say hi to journey whenever I’m back from fighting wildfires, so I stayed.”

“Loved the self-serve kiosk at the location. I had a Uhaul filled with everything I own, after hours on a Sunday, when most — if not all — the other local storage places were closed. Got all my stuff in and only paid $35 for the first month. Can’t beat that! You can even get a padlock for your storage unit from the kiosk if you don’t have your own. All units are drive-up for easy transfer from truck to unit. The place is fully fenced and gated with lots of cameras, which Summit does monitor. Way better than parking your Uhaul in a hotel parking lot and waiting til Monday.”

I called them from out of state and everything I needed to know was answered including can a semi truck trailer get in to unload our furniture.
