“I rent a 5x10 unit. CONS: The cost of it the first two months I felt was fair. As for the 3rd month I’m not sure but it’s up 20$ more. So I give a rate of 4stars for that plus it would be nice to have it open later than 10pm. I work late. PROS: super easy online renting. It’s never busy and getting to my unit with ease. Nice people.”

He had just been accepted into Independent living at an senior housing . I had told him he didn't need a storage unit for the move but he is a bit stubborn : )I didn't realize he had put a deposit down at Budget Storage until Linda called and left a message last week. We spoke this morning and she kindly used his deposit for some of the rent and wrote the rest off.Her kindness and compassion helped alleviate some stress during this time of transition and moving.”
