“Best storage company an also the new manager (Heidi) ever, with hard time like of being laid off in season and trying to spark deliver service earn side cash to pay bills with unexpected apartment being flooded from pipe brusting and moving to new apt unit with time limited. I'm so thankful for them understanding my issues and help work with my payment on balance and... If I hadn't came across Redmond easy storage after losing my mother to deadly brain cancer just like that and having to find somewhere to storage her belongings without losing everything I had grown up with along with my little brothers who was 9yr old when we lost our mother... This was best place for getting unit right on the spot without waiting for in person signing up paperwork. Everything was online and was fast enough I had to just go buy myself locks and thank you all for helping me with everything.”

“Saved our vacation! We had a Highway brake down. Wright Ford helped us find a tow truck and then looked at our truck that day and diagnosed the problem. Then found the part and we were back on the road. The other dealers in the area said it would be weeks to get our truck serviced. Thank you so much Rick, Lisa, Peggy and Wright Ford for old fashioned customer service.”
