The Sleep Inn is very clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a king bed that was very comfortable. The room was neat and tidy. The breakfast was very basic and lacked GF options, but for people without dietary restrictions, they can eat their fill. The Inn is located in a very busy area with shops, restaurants, food carts, and breweries, yet it was vey quiet at night time. I will stay there again for sure.

Bed was comfortable, nice and quiet at nighttime, location is excellent, everything you need within a 1/2 mile! Our room was clean and staff friendly. I recommend Sleep Inn and it will be where I stay if I return to Bend,

There are people in the parking lot nearly nightly, drinking, talking and laughing it up. This is all fun until it's 11:30 pm and you can't sleep. If you are a light sleeper at all I would go to any of the other hotels near here. If you do come here bring ear plugs...Safety: People are drinking in the parking lot. If you come here I would suggest locking your car and hiding your valuables.

If you value your sleep do not come here. There are people playing extremely loud music or talking and drinking in the parking lot all night. I live near here and it goes on all night. If this stops I will update my review.Safety: People are drinking in the parking lot nightly

Rooms are clean. Staff great. Good location. Beds are a bit hard. Shower feels like a submarine. If you have been there, you will understand that statement.

The room is clean, the shower is nice, location is pretty good, close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance under normal circumstances. Here's the problem - we got here at 3:45 pm approximately and I checked in.Was told to park in front parking lot. We did so but the parking lot is sheet ice. It's not normal ice. It's ice that's accumulated after snow, rain, freezing rain, more rain. The second my husband got out of the truck, he slipped, fell and went under the truck, injuring his thumb and shoulder. I slid from the passenger door all the way down to the tailgate but managed not to fall. Upon narrowly making it back into the hotel I immediately brought this to front desks attention and was informed that "maintenance" was currently putting down salt on the side of the hotel and would be working on the front next.30 minutes later my husband went back out to retrieve something from our vehicle, and not only was there still no salt down, 2 other elderly gentleman were complaining about how dangerous it was.Decided to walk to The Phoenix (same parking lot essentially) for dinner. Elderly man was on hotel sidewalk trying his best to not slip and fall to get into hotel. We had to actually get OFF the sidewalk and try to walk on patches of snow to get where we were going. Phoenix clearly rock salted their parking lot and sidewalks, as we had absolutely zero issues once there. It's about 150 feet between the hotel and The Phoenix. The Phoenix has fantastic food and service btw.Unfortunately, after dinner we had to walk back to the hotel through the parking lot of death and holy cow it actually got slicker. I recorded our slow and dangerous slip and slide across the Sleep Inn parking lot in our attempt to make it back to our room.A room I paid $80 for...but they can't afford some rock salt to ensure the safety of their guests? Maybe they could borrow some from The Phoenix next door. It's too bad really because it's a decent hotel and I would have given it a rather good rating.I'm giving the front desk girl 5 stars because she actually tried to find rocksalt and tried calling the manager (who did not care). She also has been trying to use de-icer on the sidewalk to no avail.Maintenance guy gets zero stars because he went home at 4 pm and didn't do the job he should've done. Manager gets negative stars and they better not try to blame anyone else for their ineptitude. All of this could easily been avoided with some rock salt.Maybe I'll go across the street to Wilco tomorrow morning and get some rocksalt for your parking lot since maintenance and management can't seem to sort out where to get any.Update - upon arising in the morning, still no salt. Different gal at desk. I'm guessing she's the night shift gal. I also watched an employee almost turf it coming into work and thought, oh well, workers comp. Ultimately I discussed this with the night shift gal who actually seemed petrified and informed me she'd get the rock salt (that had allegedly not previously not existed). I watched her do it. She not only salted the sidewalk but the parking lot and around the vehicles of guests. Kudos to her! Based on her and her alone I'm going to up my rating slightly.Again... pleasant staff. Clean room. Breakfast sufficient. Regard for guest safety, laughable.

We stayed here overnight for an event in Bend. The streets are a bit confusing.... Not well labeled for cross traffic where there is a T intersection so do be careful.Rooms: Clean room with a good heater under the window with manual control.Shower only with glass door to seal it. My daughter (tween) actually enjoyed sitting on the floor of it and letting the water run around her.Water pressure was decent with a shower head that allowed for different settings (wide spray of thin streams to harder concentrated spray)Noteworthy details: Offers "free" breakfast - think Best Western style with the self control waffle maker, dry cereal, mini fridge with yogurt options and a heat lamp with eggs and sausage.Free wifi is password protected but easily accessible.

Tucked away in one of Bend's many shopping complexes is this small oasis. Close to all my appointments and downtown shopping. A great value. Clean rooms, nice staff.
