Going through reading reviews it seems to be a good place! I had purchased a car here. The first day I had spent almost 6 hours here waiting for the salesman and the finance guy to figure there things out, being told “oh we are almost ready for you” 15 different times in a span of 3 hours is ridiculous. The next day I had to come in and finish the rest of the paper work and drop of a proof of residence. No big deal. When getting to the lot they had to call in my salesmen to come to work and sell me a car we had agreed apon getting the day prior! My partner goes back later as well to grab the information containg the address. The finance manager grabs the w-2 and tears in into the 4 different sections stating he needs one and now we can pass them out when needed. First off that isn't for you to tell me how to pass around but then also that isn't your property to damage. First time for that! I have seen other dealers take copies not tear the actual form.I have no clue if I got everyone on there first day on the job or what but I wouldn't recommend waisting 3 days of your time.

Josh, Joe, & Andrew (I believe)... we're supposed to be closed but honored a prior person who cancelled and talk to us still. We walked out with a new 3500.Their dedication to customers today was above top notch and more than a supervisor (their boss) could ask for on Christmas Eve. Y'all are awesome. Thank you so much!

Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. Bought a use vehicle with less than 100k miles. Engine blew less than 6 weeks later. Took them 4 months and multiple return trips to “fix” the vehicle before they finally just sent it to another dealership to fix it where I had to pay more money. Just recently brought it back in for a simple OIL CHANGE. Figured what could go wrong. Less than one mile later, my entire dash lit up with service lights and the vehicle stopped moving. Brought it back in the next day just for them to refuse to look at it and state that the incident was unrelated to their service. The service representative was very rude, condescending, and had zero compassion. Now three days later and multiple shifts at work missed, I find out the tech forgot to plug a wire back in. Just wondering now if I will ever be able to drive away from there with a working vehicle.

** Update-68 days later, 4 WD went out. Having to take it to a shop for $1,029 repair. Truck is only a few years old.**- Seth was great help. The manager and the fellow in the financing department were not. We were pressured and asked 8 different times about buying a warranty. I said No every time time, left to an appointment and found out after I left, my husband was asked and pressured again a few more times (totally unacceptable). Also, they try and sell vehicles with gas tanks on E - we had to ask for gas after spending $40,000 and driving a hour there. They should be filled up at least half way in my opinion. I would buy through Seth again, but unfortunately the others made us not have a good experience. If you ever buy from here, look closely at what they try to sneak in to the sales agreement (I literally had to point the $4k warranty out- never asked for it and they didn’t bring it up, just had a pen out asking for us to sign) , and stick to your guns on what you will or will not pay for. Other than that, they had a nice selection of vehicles and their building and waiting area was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you Seth for helping us find a truck and being respectful during that time.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Took my car in for concerns over check engine light on SEP 28. Found out my transfer case went out, but luckily I am still under warranty. After being understanding when there was delay in parts due to a strike, here we are 2 months later, after being told my car would be ready this week, that I now have to wait another week for my car to be ready, even though they have all of the parts. Being without a car in general is a bummer, but to be without a car for MONTHS because of ineptness is beyond insane. And when I mentioned that I haven't had a car since I brought mine in, the service advisor just nonchalantly said, "I know". Finally called the manager today, and after I told him the situation, he said my car would be done by the end of the day. So I just showed up, only to have the one seemingly competent worker locate my car, and told me it was still on the rack. He actually took the time to talk to me about the issue as well. So now I have to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Will never bring my car back here again. And to be clear: ZERO out of 5 stars.

Living in Idaho, and buying a car all the way in Bend Oregon that is nearly 7 hours away... I was a little skeptical at first. But after talking with Rex and Shannon, I felt okay making this big purchase. They communicated very well, very knowledgeable, and made the process very very smooth and fast. Shannon also was able to get my interest rate down a hair lower than what I had with my bank here in Idaho. They had Jacob pick me up from the airport, he was great and let us know more about the town and great places to eat. I then got a tour on my new car, making sure I know all the features it has. And then I was off! I got about 2 miles down the road when all of a sudden I got a system error. I called Rex and he answered right away and got my car into the mechanic immediately. After waiting about 10 minutes they came out and let us know it was going to be a little longer than expected due to it being a manufacturer issue when building the car. They gave us a $100 gift card for lunch and drove us to a place we wanted to eat. They then picked us up and gave aus a car to drive to go shopping! Jacob even put everything in the GPS to make it easier for us. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such an easy process and for the best customer service I have ever had. I will definitely be getting all my vehicles from Bend!! It is worth the 7 hour drive home. ?

For those who aren't aware..the 6.7L Cummins has an exhaust filter. When it is full, and there is no way to know when this will happen, you will get an alert on your dash telling you it is full and to contact your dealer. You're also told the power will be limited. If it becomes bad enough your engine will go into limp mode, limiting you to 35-40mph. It can even damage the engine. Apparently this isn't a big issue for Lithia because when you call them to get it fixed they offer you the "soonest" appointment which is one month away. And, good luck getting the service manager to call you back about it.

Poor experiences with the service department with my Jeep. Long wait times for repairs (months!), repeated failures to fix what was wrong with my Jeep = more time and money cost for me. The warrantied service was slow, and only partial. I WOULD NOT recommend buying a vehicle or using the service department!

I was really impressed with the maintenance customer service reps this week at Lithia. Vehicle mechanical problems are stressful and inconvenient, and getting appointments anywhere is nearly impossible without waiting weeks or even months lately. I had an axle seal blow on my Wrangler and Quentin got me an appointment within days! I even goofed and showed up on the wrong day, but the staff still did their best to fit me in and sort out my mechanical issues, even while being short technicians. Everyone at the service counter was very welcoming and made sure I was helped as promptly as possible. Seriously great experience, and I'll be glad to bring my Jeep to them in the future!

This review is for the service department as I have not dealt with the sales team:TLDR; I brought my vehicle in for an OIL CHANGE for which I was charged 40% MORE than the website advertised, and it was THREE WEEKS before I had a functioning vehicle. They did eventually get my vehicle put back together and I did know better than to trust a mega dealer like this even with the simplest of tasks, so I will give them a second star. The blow by blow:I own a T1N sprinter van, it is a special snowflake, and I am very wary about who I allow to work on it. I figured how bad could the dealership mess up an oil change really? I was kinda too busy to do the oil change myself so I brought it in.I was told that there was a software update that needed to be performed on warranty. I asked if we could skip that this time but was pressured into doing it. The software flash took four hours and I had to sit and wait. (Even this was enough to make me think that I should have just done this myself)The website, after I had entered my vehicles year make and model quoted me 175 for an oil change. While I was leaving I was charged 250 for the service. I was told this was because my vehicle requires more oil than a standard diesel. I had kind of expected this as 175 seemed low, but they do say that they have a price guarantee on their website. Then, on my drive home, my vehicle's check engine light came on. I cleared the code thinking maybe it just needed a few miles to learn after the software flash. It came back after another ~30 miles, so I knew something was wrong. It also was leaving the dash lights on so every time I had to start the vehicle I would need a jump.I called the dealership to say that they needed to fix it and was told that there was "No way it was their fault" because they had "not done anything that might influence the cluster". But as a 'favor' they would take a look and verify.I brought it back in, and simultaneously did some research. I called back three business days later and they had of course not even touched my vehicle. Armed with what I had learned from literally 10 minutes of Googleing, this time I asked my service adviser actually READ the warranty protocol. He agreed that THE FIRST STEP was to ensure the dash was compatible with the software flash. This time of course he told me he was sure this had been done even though three days earlier he swore to me that there was "absolutely no way" it could have messed with my dash. ? At the very least this did light a fire under them and they got my truck in the bay and confirmed that they had indeed forgotten to check and my unit would need a part that was backordered for weeks. The reason this is the first step in the protocol is that the part is difficult to come by and not something that dealers stock, so the flash should not be performed before the dealer has the part in hand. Now that it has been installed the vehicle does mostly seem to be behaving as it used to. I was not even offered an apology for their oversight or rude treatment. I was not offered a loaner even though my vehicle was in their shop for weeks.

I ordered a 2023 Dodge Challenger from this dealership and they were great to deal with. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which I really appreciated. They took the time to step through the build and explain the features. Also, they provided updates along the way as the vehicle went through the system, was built and shipped. Would highly recommend, thank you! Zack

promised a $50 Amazon gift card for test driving a vehicle. They reneged on their promise even after I called twice to confirm and they said it was coming. why lie over something like that?

Run. And don’t look back. Sold us a car with severe flood damage with our 2 y/o on my lap. I knew dealerships would take advantage financially, but I didn’t realize they would sell you a potentially unsafe vehicle without hesitation. Thought one of the guys was going to help us rectify some of the issues we had, but he turned out to be just as sleazy as the rest of them. Should have left as soon as we saw another customer having an altercation with them. Note: yelp has them sitting at a 1.9. Don’t be fooled by googles 4.1.
