Lithia did have a representative reach out via phone. The representative wanted to know the details of this experience, which have already been recorded in this review. There are no details that are left out that are relevant to understanding the business practices of Lithia.Had the representative wanted to express concern for the situation, or to extend an apology for discriminating against or attempting to take unfair advantage of a woman, that would have been sufficient for me to take the time to discuss the matter.I believe the phone call was only made so that it would appear in this review that they are actually trying to remedy the situation, when they are not. Lithia is welcome to remedy this situation publicly, through this review process.

Absolutely the best car buying experience. David Moore was the best to work with. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helped us make the best decision. If you are looking for a new Nissan, I highly recommend Lithia Nissan in Bend, and make sure to ask for David Moore!

Matt White worked with me very patiently until I found the perfect truck for my daughter. He also bought a red bow for us so that her birthday surprise was extra special. The financing process only took 30 min to complete which I also appreciated as a busy executive. Great team, great dealership. 10/10 customer service and experience.

I would be very careful trusting these people.. I own a repair and fabrication shop, one of my employees daughters brought her vehicle in to get looked at. She was quoted $1150.00 for one axle seal & $3100 for a power steering rack and pinion. But if she did it together it would be $3400.00. My employee brought it to my attention so I decided to put a quote together.. total for both jobs came to 1500.00 with no discounts of any kind.. I just want people to be aware of these things.

5 stars for the guys at Lithia Nissan Bend. From sales to service I’ve always had a great experience and have been treated well. When I originally purchased my truck from them, there was an unforeseen issue with the vehicle that wasn’t anyone’s fault. Sometimes those things just happen, but the sales managers took great care of me specifically, Jerome who I understand is over at the Dodge dealership now. They got me into another vehicle that I like even more and made everything square. Zach and the service department has continued to take great care of my truck ever since as well, in fact, I believe since I’ve purchased the truck, the same tech has worked on it. It’s been close to years since I bought the truck so I figure it’s about time I leave them a review haha. Everyone there is super friendly, extremely honest, they’re not gonna try to beat around the bush or tell you what you wanna hear. They are super relatable and anytime. My truck has been in there for service or repairs. They’ve exceeded my expectations. Zach is a great service manager, and knows how to under promise over deliver as opposed to overpromise and under deliver.There are other folks there that I’m sure I’m forgetting, but long story short five stars all day for Lithia, Nissan Bend and I’m not a Nissan fan whatsoever but I will buy my used vehicles wherever they’re going to treat me the best.

Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Found a car that I liked, called the dealership to start the process of buying. I was put on hold for 45 minutes without someone even checking in to let me know what they were working on. Finally hung up and called back. The dealership found financing and set up an appt for the next day to sign and drive the car home. We showed up the next day and when we got there we’re told that there was a snag in the financing and we needed to provide some documentation. No big deal, I provided the documentation. The dealership said it should be sufficient and had us sign papers. We spent over 2 hours dealing with this and signing and were told that all we needed to do was drive over and pick up the car next day once they called with the all clear from the bank. Waited over half the day waiting for the phone call. Finally called and was told that we had to provide more documentation, but they were checking around at other banks. Called back a couple hours later to check on financing with no response. Called and talked to the financing guy who stated he was just waiting on approvals from the other banks and would call us the next day to advise of our options. Our sales guy then called from his personal cell and said that there was an issue with our social security number being valid and asked us to confirm. With all of the run around and being told excuse after excuse we found the same car with 10k fewer miles and were approved and got the car within 24 hours after applying. Needless to say this dealership does not seem to know what they are doing.

Absolutely amazing! David Moore made it extremely easy to find and buy my wife’s new car. Thank you for keeping it simple and honest. 10/10 would recommend every day! Also thank you Jacob, getting us onto a very cost effective plan for the long run. Couldn’t thank y’all enough!

We love our Titan XD but hope we don’t have to deal with the dealership again.1) We were not informed during negotiations that this particular truck was used as a demo.2) Truck was sent off the lot with missing pieces in the door, exposed bolts, scratches and hard water stains on body, and missing items according to window sticker.3) Found a loaded weapon under driver seat (remember it was a demo-guess who the weapon belonged to) after having the vehicle in our possession for over a week.4) Sales manager was rude and disrespectful (that is, until we found the weapon he left in the truck).5) When checking on status of our vehicle, we were told they did not know who we were or have record of our truck. Nobody knew anything about the situation and our truck was in their possession being detailed. Calls were not returned, and we were only able to speak with the Sales Manager.6) Last but NOT LEAST, Nissan did not honor their advertisement of CPO vehicles we were interested purchasing. “Bait and Switch”

Matt and Jacob were AWESOME. They really made our trade in effortless and stress free. We drove all the way from Salem, and the customer service was well worth the drive. They really took care of us, and I can’t say enough positive praises for them!!

Went into Lithia Nissan of bend with my 2008 Infiniti g37s and talked to Zack my service advisor. I had my brake light on and my traction control wouldn’t turn on. He said he was able to fit me in tomorrow he said witch was awesome. Dropped off my car the next day for a diagnosis. He gave me a clear description of what needed done. Got my rear brakes done and all my lights turned off and was done within the day i dropped it off. Zack was super professional and also super friendly and had a good attitude, he didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. Will definitely be coming back to this location for service! 10/10 experience! Thank you so much Zack and Lithia Nissan of Bend you guys are so awesome! I appreciate it!
