Do not come here!!! Awful service and they tried to sell me scratched sunglasses. I had to wait at the counter for 20 mins before anyone would even come.... worst experience and staff ever. One lady was nice and called for help 3 times over the intercom, but 3 of the empty register employees were too lazy to come help. Once they came, they tried to convince me to buy damaged sunglasses at full price. Shady business and horrible staff. I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from this place.

I just purchased an Oregon fishing license. I asked about the Columbia Basin Endorsement. The young man says the normal license covers everything on this map. Come to find out he showed me a picture of the Basin Endorsement. Then I called and no matter what extension I entered I’d not get a human being or a voicemail.

I ordered a fishing vest online because it said I could pick it up the next day. It was the only one available in the state so I decided to drive 2.5 to go fishing in Bend and pickup the vest. That morning after I was already on the road, I got an email saying the order was delayed and will be there in a week. I went to the store to try to get it sent to my local store or get a refund. They could not change anything about where the order is being sent or give me a refund. I then had to email customer service and they would only refund $15 of the $60 purchase. Now I'm not getting any response and I'm not able to make the 5 hour drive again soon.

Great store with a huge selection and good prices. Employees are super helpful, especially James who can help you with all kinds of creative camping advice.
