Be warned - if you have any problems with your appliance after purchase you will have little to no recourse. This business does not have any service technicians. Their tech quit, left, what have you 6 months ago, and they still haven’t hired anyone (probably because the pay is too low to attract anyone competent). My $2k new fridge has a door that door jams constantly. They sent me through the manufacturer’s warranty loop, which routes to random service operation in town, and a new part gets sent to me. Few months later, problem starts happening again. Start the process over, and now they want to send me another of the same replacement part which will obviously fail again in another 6 months. What am I supposed to do, replace it annually forever? I’m hosed. This fridge has a design flaw and I have no recourse. Standard says take it up with Beko (manufacturer). Lousy. This business does not stand by the products it sells. Would be better off buying from Central Oregon Appliance, Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, any other spot around town, or even ordering online, than trying to support this dodgy business.

Great selection of appliances. The staff in the showroom know about what they are selling and can answer questions. Plus they do a great job delivering, installing, and hauling off the old orvbrken appliances.)

Buying this Refrigerator/Freezer from Standard was enjoyable from selection to installation. TJ Gaskins was our sales consultant. He met us when we entered the showroom and asked us if he could help. We told him what we needed and showed us several models and listened carefully. After we selected the unit he went through all the paperwork and explained all the details carefully. He then asked us when we would like delivery and we couldn't schedule until 2 weeks out. We decided we could wait. Shortly after we got home he called and asked if we could take delivery in 2 days. We were delighted !
The 2 young men who delivered the unit were very efficient and friendly. They were very careful and made sure they explained the operation of the unit.
We were extremely happy with the whole purchase process from price to professionalism of all the people.

We needed a new refrigerator after our old one gave up the ghost after 20 years. We have a certain size that will fit into our space and Gary found the exact one that would fit. We have been working with Mike here. Super friendly and found us some great options. Saved us a lot of money by offering us great pricing and great customer service you sometimes won’t get at a big box store. Very nice showroom and he was able to order in other products too.
