I give the Staples store in Bend Oregon a high rating because it’s is convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. and when i need to return an amazon package or mail out a package, it’s so much faster than going to the post office. Sometimes i pay a little more but it is worth my time and $ for the ease of parking and quicker service.

I ordered business cards for my department. The order was completed within 24-hours and a personal call from Michelle was received to ensure I knew the order was ready for pick up by a colleague. Very professional and efficient. Will be back to this location for their great service in the future.

I'm a creative person and always have ideas up my sleeve. I've trusted Staples with my projects for years now and sometimes I forget or why I don't just think of them first. Never been disappointed and I love I can have something printed and paid for someone else in a different town. (My mom as an example).

Went to Staples to have several large posters printed. Color and clarity came out beautifully. Paper quality was also very good. I will not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I own a business and were trying to return a printer. We had purchased the warranty, but, there some issues. Jennifer worked with us to get through the calls and got us out the door with another printer. She was patient and kind and so helpful. Thank you Jennifer!!!!!
