Custom designed stickers, it was great quality with a reasonable price. Especially, response of the staff was very fast.

Tried to order a sticker with tiny words for my dash - "turn", "heat", etc. They said I had to order each quarter inch word individually, at 6x the cost. Big thumbs down.

I love this company!! My stickers shipped fast and looked even better than I expected. I've ordered from them several times and I have never been disappointed. The free sheet included in my order was just my style too!

The stickers are a perfect fit and they adhere really well. Surprising well, I expected the first set (left, gray phone case) to peel or come off by now (6+ months on), but they're still going strong. The sticker on the right was originally for the handle of a knife, but the sticker was just a little too large, so I ordered a second phone case so I could use it.

They asked me to write a review, so here I am! Don't bother with these guys. Terrible customer service (Jacob especially). Misleading website. Wasted a day trying to place an order through them. Was simply trying to order a transfer sticker of some text. At first I tried doing this through their online Design tool, but the sizing feature was buggy/confusing (is the size for the overall sticker? the letter height? who knows). So, I took all the words I needed and submitted those as a graphic design file. Placed the order, requested a rush order, paid, cool! Or so I thought. First issue was they came back to me this morning notifying me that my text was too small to print. OK... this was posted as a warning for customers where exactly? So fine, I revise my design based on the minimum printing size they now tell me is a thing and send that over. Amy tells me to "add it to my current order," but since I already placed my order, I couldn't revise it. Confusing. So I just email it to them. Fine. Now there was a new problem. They now labeled my order as something called a "Gang-run" (tip for the Stickers Stickers team: average consumers like myself have no idea what that is - they kept pretending like this was an obvious thing) and they couldn't do it. I would have to submit my graphics separated out. OK fine. I create a new Illustrator file separating each title into its own artboard and send that. Nope. I need to send individual files for every single word I want printed. Annoying as heck, but OK, I agree to do that. But then I'm warned that my cost will now be significantly higher. I ask why? I'm still getting the exact same amount of printing/sheet size in total. I'm sure whatever Jacob was trying to tell me about why my order was suddenly going to be that much more expensive made sense to him, but it sure didn't to me. Faron then gets on the phone to tell me I need to start the order over and submit all the files separately. I tell him no problem, I'm happy to do that! But I ask for a cost estimate for how much the new total would be before I go through all the work. For reasons beyond me, he was not able to do this. I told him exactly what I was ordering (technically, I'd already ordered what I wanted and he could have looked at that) and he still couldn't give me an estimate. So instead of wasting any more time with these amateur clowns, I decided to request a refund, part ways and go with a more professional company. I'd recommend you do the same.

Order was printed the wrong size. I was told I approved the proof, which is correct, but the size was not shown. The proof I approved had space at the edges. When I mentioned this to the agent, he said that's the viewing window. A blatant lie. When I uploaded without space at the edges, there was no space shown. The customer service agent, Faron, was the rudest person I've ever encountered in customer service. Hung up on me on chat. The proof I approved stated they would not stretch the image. They did, and now the graphic doesn't work for my space. Would not refund or reproduce even though they printed it incorrectly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I never write a review but SS/Car Stickers screwed up two of my orders and would not refund me in part or whole for either. In the first order, they were trying to charge me extra for a transfer sticker that they actually could not make because it was too small. I would never have known about this unless I emailed them asking for an order update days after I placed the order. Upon inquiring, they still tried to charge me more money even though the size was too small to make. No one was paying attention, not even the customer service. The second order, which was to replace the first SS messed up, was a die-cut sticker and they mixed up the size of the sticker and was too large to be used. They insisted I approved a size that would not physically fit for my product and will not refund any money in part or in whole for something I can't use. If you like getting jerked around and waste time and money making stickers, SS is your place to go. Otherwise, you can achieve the same sensation by going outside, finding a dirty stick and poking yourself in the eye a couple of times.

Horrible customer service. Advertises as "CarSticker.com" besides whatever this is (same address, same phone). Advertises "diecut stickers" in diecut shape, but prints on a cheap rectangular backing and without a warning about doing so. So what you want to look as a custom shape comes out looking like a cheap rectangular basic sticker that you have to carefully peel and separate from the backing so it doesn't mess up. Stickers look cheap and nothing like the advertising on their website under their "Die Cut Sticker" section. When I addressed the issue with Mr. Excuses himself - Kevin, I was given the runaround, all kinds of bogus explanations as to what happened and an admission that I was not sent a proof as requested. Instead they just decided to print it however it was most convenient for them, and thought it was going to be fine. Well it's not fine. This is false advertising with bad customer service after you messed up my order. Then trying to ask me to go through the hassle of forcing my pissed off customer to waste their time and ship this order back to me to ship back to you, great job. Also quite convenient that they delete all negative reviews on their site and only publicize the good ones.
