On a scale from 1-10 they score a 15! Kayla, Scarlett and even the owner were fantastic every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help me and my unique situation. They were so kind in a very difficult situation and offered assistance and support wherever they could. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. In a world where customer service is almost non existent, they rose above and beyond again and again. Thanks again team!!

Moving our 87 year old mother, her 3000sq foot house, and cherished automobile from OR to TN was no easy task, but the Storage2U team, Kayla, Scarlett, and Aaron, made it SO much easier. They were responsive, accommodating of our unique needs, timely, friendly, and professional. Communication was fantastic, and they treated our belongings and our family like it was their own. Can’t say enough about how great this business is. From start to finish they were responsive, professional and made the whole process seamless and low stress. Recommended movers to load the pod did an amazing job. The pod was pristine and secure and contents stayed clean and dry during a month of storage and relocation over the mountains. They communicate extremely well and worked to accommodate every need I requested. Delivery of the pod was right on time and it was placed in such a way that made loading easy and didn’t obstruct streets or drives. Hope I never move again for a long time, but I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are that good.

I was nervous about moving a container with my life in it. The trip was just under 2.5 miles. What calmed my nerves. The professional, courteous and positive attitude from the Truck Operator, She put me at ease, had a great attitude. Will I use this Storage 2U again. YES! I strongly recommend their operations to anyone looking to self move.

Great service! It's the first time I've used a container like this but I found it to be so much easier than renting a truck. The container is low to the ground, so it's easy to load. I scheduled the delivery and pickup and delivery to the new location, and it was all done on time, and nothing was broken. I definitely recommend Storage 2U.

Kayla is easily the most amazing, kindest helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Would recommend 20/10...they have made one of the most stressful situations seem so easy. Booked my pod last minute and got a call and delivery set up with 12 hours.
