Headlights went out and I paid $200 for a new $10 headlight socket. Which, whatever, I didn’t do my due diligence before taking it in. 9 months later the same harness has melted again. Replaced myself in 20 minutes and unlike the shop I sealed the butt connectors instead of leaving them open to the elements. Underlying issue probably isnt fixed but thats what $200 was supposed to be buying me.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation a month in advance. Dropped off my car on the scheduled morning at 7:30 am. I was notified at 9:00 am that my car was finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the tech had forgotten to complete the tire rotation. Subaguru apologized and “made things right”. Tire rotation was finished in 10 minutes.
I appreciate SubaGuru’s ongoing pursuit of excellent service. I love this company.

I want to thank the team for helping me. They gave me advice on how to handle my problem myself and with that I was able fix it. I really appreciate companies like this who are willing to help instead of price gauging people for simple fixes. You guys are amazing!

liked the staff and service but when I asked about a brake job the receptionist said over the phone I had enough brake life left even though I said they are squeaky and the vehicle inspection said only 2mm on some drakes

These Rockstars are amazing, I was having an issue with the LCD Screen while on vacation. They were able to stop it from scrolling and pissing me off and didn't even charge me. Highly recommended

I bought a used Subaru Outback from a guy and ended up with a weird little problem that no one could solve, including the Subaru dealer. It’s a random sound that comes out of the speakers in very particular.spots. It happens all the way down the Bend Rddmond Highway for instance. So I was able to record this weird sound. I played it for the incredibly friendly people at Suba Guru and within a minute, my problem was solved. Needless to say they are my new go to mechanics. Thank you Brandy for taking the time to fix this problem for us.

A month ago I went looking for a replacement for my old 1999 Outback that had reached the end of it's useful life. More important to me than finding "the perfect car and the perfect deal" I went looking for a shop, mechanic and business that I could establish a trusted relationship with for the life of my next car. I found just that with Marshall Hughes and the staff at SubaGuru! He had already proved himself to me with the work he did on my partner's 2000 Outback a couple of years back by sticking with the hunt for a solution to a very obscure problem, virtually bringing her car back to life when other mechanics had given up. In my case, he again went above and beyond my expectations on a great running and looking 2014 Outback. Not only did I get a great performing and reliable vehicle, he even threw in new head gaskets, oil seals throughout the engine and a second set of factory rims for my new set of summer tires...all at no additional charge. It's unusual these days to find folks that actually want to take care of their customers rather than put on a good show until they've got your money. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I look forward to Marshall and his crew taking care of my investment for years to come. Thank you Marshall and thanks to the entire staff at SubaGuru.

Quick and reliable
I was having some problems with 2013 sti and wanted a quick inspection. The appointment was very quick and easy. They use a really cool program called xoxocar that tracks the progress and condition of your car. They also provide pictures of the problems. Even tho I decided to do the work myself the prices at Suba Guru were fair compared to other companies. I would definitely bring my car back for future work

I came in for the 100k miles subaru maintenance. Since I bought my car a few years ago I always bring it to subaguru, only place I trust! I moved out of Bend recently, and came back just to get this service done. They got it done for me in THREE days and it was a huge job!! Normally it takes about 2 weeks, but they were so kind to get it done quickly so I could get back home. I will never ever take my car somewhere else. Subaguru is the best!!

Received positive and quick interaction at check in and check out for scheduled appointment. Car was inspected as well for other issues. Issue found for leaking gasket. SubaGuru was able to send me a detailed estimate in email in a timely manner. Overall great experience and will definitely continue to use them to my Subaru service.

I had a wonderful experience here!
I'm going to be moving in a few months and wanted to make sure my car was in tip top shape to make a 1800mi drive. I also wanted to look into an issue with my windshield washer reservoir.
I brought my car here just for a diagnostic at 9am and received notification that it was done by 11:30am. Turns out I don't need much work, and the only issue was that the washer fluid sensor is faulty, but not in dire need of replacing unless I absolutely wanted to.
Everything was super reasonably priced for my inspection, the staff was all very kind and informative when discussing my car with me, and I definitely will come back here again if I need anything before I leave!
Bonus points for the business name—I love a good portmanteau and a play on words. ?

I have been to SubaGuru three times for a variety of service. I trust them to tell me what really needs to be fixed, and they have always done the work as promised. Customer service is also excellent.
